Review 1：The original room I was assigned to didn't look like the ones advertised on the website - it looked like an older room and the staff explained that some rooms have not been refurbished yet. But the staff member was happy to relocate me to one of their newer rooms. The amenities are very basic but it is ok for the price you pay.

Review 3：I didn't like the fact that they did not mention the 250 bahtdeposit added to the total amount of 750 baht. On the website they justmention that you only have to pay 750 baht when in fact you need a totalof 1000 baht. Their internet connection was virtually non-existent. Thatwas the worst thing and brought down my opinion of the place. Travelersneed internet above and beyond a comfortable bed in my opinion. If youcannot access information or contact people related to your travels youwill not have a restful sleep no matter how fluffy the bed is. They donot include at least one complementary breakfast or free coffee or tea,nothing. At least one of the staff members needs to speak aboveintermediate level English. They were all lower level beginners.However, they tried their best to be helpful.

Review 8：The food in the restaurant was great! The tom yum and the spicy chicken and the papaya salad. The owners are friendly and gives you directions and write them in thai for you. Also got a thai dessert gift from their pretty daughter.

Review 12：First of all, the staffs are friendly and helpful! I called the manager(maybe) at 8PM to tell her that I would like to c/n a bit late and she was like 'oh, no problem, we're open 24hrs!' The place is easy to find, good location, just 5-10mins drive from IMPACT. I arrived there at midnight, the staff is a young and pretty girl. She was very nice! She answered every question willingly and we talked like sisters. The room was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked well.The bed was very very comfort I didn't want to get up in the morning!
