Review 1：the room for family suite having a small window which located beside the aisle. Its better if the management could do some renovation so as the room could visual the beautiful scennery

Review 3：I took a chalet and a room for my family. The room was located at the lowest level and the chalet at the highest level. In this weather one can work-out a good sweat getting from one to the other!

Review 5：The furniture and the appliances are quite old and outdated. The air conditioner was not working properly as in the middle of the night, I had to switch the temperature to the coolest so that it worked again. The swimming pool is quite large, but the water was not as clean. The hotel expects the guest to have a car, as the chalets and the rooms are quite far from the reception area.

Review 7：I foundout that my booking room has been given to other person,then they give me another room without balcony eventhough my booking stated suppose to be attach with balcony.No wifi connection as stated on your website caused I need to use wifi to do my work.

Review 13：somewhat a little run down apartment. Swimming pool is no longer in service. I bring my own mineral water. On checkout i was charged for mineral water in the fridge which i didnt consume. I asked to check properly but the management insist i consumed it. Had to pay but later found the mineral water l still in fridge untouched. Silly management. Also no mobile data signal.

Review 16：My kids enjoyed the pool the most even though it could have been more pleasurable if the pool could be maintained a little bit more. You can have food delivered to you while you are relaxing by the pool which I thought was great!

TV is new but still have its store display settings. Ancient aircond set, shaking the whole chalet when switched on. My chalet had 4 plug outlet, sadly only two can be use. The pool is huge but need to pay for use despite being the hotel customer.

Review 75：The room was spacious. Air-con worked good. There's a swimming pool, not very large but makes you feel you want to swim in it. Its up the hill. Therefore, it got a view. If we had stayed in the chalet, would be much better. Staff were friendly.
Review 76：the door in the room that can pass thru to next room. you can hear the television sound from the other room and also the bathroom did not have soundproof people who walk outside can hear you shower. the towel provided also the condition look bad. the sink look not clean.
Review 77：On arrival, I was not given the room that I had booked (with balcony), Ihad to insist. We had booked with breakfast, which starts at 8am. Butthat's the time, when one has to leave to get your connection to therain forest.
Review 78：The swimming pool was the reason for staying there, and it was wellworth it. When we arrived, I asked about a boat trip to Kuala Tahan(rain forest) the next day, and was immediately connected to the righttravel agent.
