Review 2：We loved everything and loved all the staff. Staff were noticeably happy and passionate about their work. The food at the resort was fantastic. With years of travel to compare to this place is the best.

Review 3：Our room was amazing, with our own pool overlooking the ocean. The staff thought of everything, making our honeymoon unforgettable. And, the food at El Farrallon was excellent!

Review 4：There was construction/remodeling of the resort going on during our stay which we were pre-warned about. With that said, the staff did an excellent job of making up for it with their A+ service and also by adding multiple daily happy hours which was well appreciated!

Review 5：The staff went above and beyond to make us happy and the food and drinks were excellent. The view was spectacular. Our room was large and had a plunge pool which could have fit 6 people and there was also a bluetooth speaker in the room. This was by far the nicest hotel/resort either of us had stayed at and we've stayed in places all over the world.

Review 6：From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were incredibly happy with the experience. We loved the margaritas and fresh guacamole sent to the room every afternoon :) Each room has it's own little pool with an amazing view of the ocean.

Review 7：The staircases lack rails. The same for the deep bathtubs. The smoked salmon at the breakfast bar was mediocre, otherwise the food was excellent as was the service.

Review 16：Felt like the room rate was just an enticement to get you there so they could charge you for every little thing. For a family of four, with two teenagers, every meal was around $200. Portions were tiny, we actually lost weight. Most confusing were the expensive drinks, which were watered down. Even my nonalcoholic lemonade was diluted.

Review 18：The pool lounge chair covers need to be replaced. The strong waves and undertow at the resort's beautiful beach don't allow ocean swimming (a swimming beach is relatively close by) - but it's very nice for walking.

What can go wrong when you're greeted at the airport by a driver in an air conditioned, spotless SUV, and upon arrival, you'e presented the best margarita, ever? It stays great. Rose petals and candles in the room made turn-down service extra special. Anniversary dinner in Don Manuel's wine cellar - WOW event. Being greeted by our wonderful Personal Assistant DIANA ELVIRA when we arrived - she's wonderful and so generous with her time. Very thoughtful young lady. Nice resort shop - and Isis is a lovely, beautiful, helpful lady. Spanish lessons with beautiful Sofia. Excellent wine, suggestions and conversations with sommelier Eduardo. Enjoy sunrise, sipping espresso [Nespresso machine in each suite] in your PRIVATE plunge pool. The resort is very secure. Excellent views of Pacific from all Suites. Very good and creative food (not a huge selection, but every item was perfect), and excellent service at Don Manuel's, El Farallon and The Beach Club (lunch). Top it all off with 4 pm guacamole+salsa+beer or margaritas delivered to your suite each day (!) Very clean resort and clean sandy beach (with waves crashing on the rocks by their restaurant, El Farallon - go for a sunset dinner). Absolutely perfect.

Review 46：Beautiful secluded spot, stunning views, extremely comfortable rooms (we had a two bedroom suite on the top floor of one of the buildings). Staff were extremely attentive. SPA was excellent and gym facilities very good also. We ate in the resort for every meal apart from one and the food was very good.

Review 49：It is an exceptional place. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel pampered and enjoy your vacation. From welcoming cold beer, salsa, freshly baked chips and bottle of really good tequila in the room, a welcoming fireplace that was already lit up; to an escort to your gate to help you avoid ALL the lines in the airport. All the little things that make a vacation easy were thought through; the restaurants were amazing (we are both foodies and were very pleased with the quality and inventiveness of the meals and their presentation), the cost of wine seemed to be out there, but there is an array of mixed drinks to choose from and beer was relatively cheap, the price for food was reasonable considering the quality; we took a private cooking class which was lots of fun, the chef cooked and you ate. The ambience of the hotel and amenities, the infinity pool, cozy lounge chairs, iced bottled water and water to spray your face while you lounge was promptly brought to you as soon as you settle on which lounge chair you are taking. Can't recommend it enough.

Review 50：They charge me 1480 usd two month before, then charge me 29% Of taxes and services, and they didn't want to returne my money back si they force me to Pay everything + 29% + 1480 usd extras, and everything in hotel was extremly expensive, every room end with more than 2500 usd. I will never stay there.
