Review 1：The staffs was very friendly, and polite, but unfortunately, a lady (front office) who works at night time was impolite as she asked me about a number of guess in my room. She shouldn't ask anything like that. Totally, a bid upset.

Review 4：The bed was hard. I would have like to get the breakfast, but it started too late (06:30). It would do very well to have a boxed breakfast option for those travelers that have to leave early in the morning.

And shower was above toliet, which was weird considering it's a nice hotel. We only stayed in newer hotels in Bangkok and never had that problem.
