Review 1：overall it was good But the receptionist made us waited very long before attending to us. that's spoilt our day. Gracious me, she was the on phone talking and kept me waiting for nearly 15 mininutes. She could requested the other party to hold-on and attend to us. We were there just to drop the keys and take the luaggage.

Review 2：We had an issue with the room keys not working, and had to go to reception 3 or 4 different times so we could get back in

Review 4：We had no water jug for cold water n there was no dustpan in room only brush. Also some complementry washing powder would of been handy and mayb an extra bbq 60 odd rooms and only one bbq but we will deffently stay again thankyou

Review 6：I liked the location, with the shopping centre across the the road. The bed was good with a nice firm mattress. The room was nice and clean with a table and chairs and plenty of room. I have no complaints at all. The staff made you feel very welcome. I will stay here again.

Review 9：The townhouses are very noisy - you can literally hear the people next door showering and talking. Very uncomfortable furniture, the curtain in the main bedroom didn't even fit the window properly , and being provided with only ONE shampoo for FOUR people to use I thought was really poor.

Review 19：Good basic motel. Well located being close to mail roads, shopping centers and public transport. The motel itself is quite. The town house units are not huge but large enough for a family of four. Kitchen and laundry both adequately equipped.

Review 20：Everything...the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. This is the first Motel out of many, that the bed was excellent...well done. I will most definitely be staying again and would recommend this Motel to everybody. I always rate a Motel by the comfort of the bed...no good having everything else spot on if the bed is as hard as a rock and you cant sleep...defeats the whole purpose.....

The parking places in front of the townhouse could not be reserved. One night, when we came back late, the two parking places were occupied by a car (very rude) and I drove around, I could not find any parking places at all

Review 51：The Smell!!! The disgraceful cleaning effort. The run-down furniture. The cigarette butts littering the courtyard. The noise from the carpark. (Some dude using a leaf-blower at 7:00pm on a Friday). The stains on the carpet. The food scraps in the couch. The food scraps in the fridge! The gunge around the bathroom taps. The greasy, and woefully inadequate kitchen utensils (why bother, seriously?). The greasy floor tiles.

Review 53：It was very inconvenient that our key needed to be recharged 3 times during our one week stay. I kept the key in a separate compartment in my handbag and still found that 3 times I was unable to gain access to the unit. Luckily it did not happen late at night. And then when I went to reception to get the key fixed there is further delay as the details of our stay are looked up and I am required to confirm details that have been evident since our time of booking. Please fix the keys. Also while my QS bed was very comfortable my two teenaged children complained that their single beds were hard and uncomfortable and affected their sleep.

Review 54：Really liked the excellent shopping complex over the road. A great deli, good coffee and terrific fruit and veg. And I could buy the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper. Our unit was in a quiet location.
