Review 1：I regret I cannot concur with the high score given this hotel by other visitors. The Air Con in the room did not work. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evening as prospective diners would have to endure a noisy TV situated in the dining room while eating. The breakfast was served in a manner convenient to the staff rather than for the benefit of guests ( had to request orange juice, cakes and bread were stale, the 'hot food option in warming trays was barely warm). Also be aware the advertised 'rooms with views of the park' are actually views across two gardens and between two adjacent hotels. All together, really quite disappointing given the premium pricing of this accommodation. Not recommended.
