Review 1：Spotlessly clean, but the manager, Manian, is just wonderful. He told us everything we needed to know about Taman Nagara and even took us to the boar jetty.
Review 2：1. Had to drive out to town for dinner. 2. Wifi signal wasnt strong enough in the bedroom. And the speed was slow.

Review 4：The hotel has a good location. The owner was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. Breakfast was simple but very good. Overall, it is a fair price for value and I would definitely recommend it.
Review 5：Mr Marian (staff member) had a very good way of hospitality. But, herecommend me mr Asri. So I did business with mr Asri, at Taman Negara. Ibooked with him a mini van from Taman Negara to Kuala Lumpur, half waythe driver dropped me off at Jerantut Bus Station: 'ok, here is the(public)busticket, the bus is comming with 45 min. Good luck!' Ipaid for a direct connection to Kuala Lumpur! But they didnt care. MrAsri, who has connections with Wau Hotel, is just cheating tourists.Disgusting! I blame the hotel for this too! They should do good businessand recommend people/travel agencies who are trustable and delivergood service.They serve a breakfast. But it is really nothing. When you will do a trekking in Taman Negara the whole day, it would be better if they serve proper breakfast instead of 2 toast and 1 coffee. Very very pour!

Great service there! i forgot my travel adapter and they sent it to my next hotel! very very nice staff! great authentic indian restaurant next to the hotel jerantut is a nice authentic, untouristic place to stay. much better than kuala tahan in my opinion.

Review 9：Probably the most helpful staff I've ever met. We've stayed only one night and during that time we've got very useful insights on the city and our further trip plans, staff confirmed train availability and went to train station to buy tickets for us and they gave us a lift to train station at 4 AM (!)

Review 14：Do not forget to ask how much the driving services will cost. He will drive you to where ever you need to go but it all comes at the same price as a taxi. So if you are a traveling on a budget do not forget to ask. Our drive up to taman negara cost us 100 RM when it could have cost us 50 RM with a tour operator bus and 14 RM with the public bus.
Review 15：The hotel is nice, clean and spacious rooms and a normal toast breakfast, very good value for money We arrived with plans to go to taman negara but didn't know how. the receptionist was very helpful in planning our trip. He was extremely helpful with laundry and booking another night at the hotel and helping us buy the tickets for the train on time. He also drove us to the train station at 5 am to catch our train to kota bharu.

Review 34：- super friendly staff (gave us a ride to the train station at 4:30am in the morning - WOW!) - great Chinese food kitchen around the corner (ask for it, there are no complaints) - spacious room with TV - nice bathroom - very fast Wifi available - easy to find (hotel is painted in bright red color)
