Review 6：The ease of welcome. Smooth check in. Genuine invitation to utilise facilities. Non intrusive staff. Towel for pool free. Room extremely clean. Every thing worked. I left my pillow behind and was called the same day.
Review 7：Booked this as a present for my parents. They couldn't rate it higher; enjoyed the atmosphere of the downstairs area where they could chill out and read, socialise etc. staff very friendly and welcoming :-)
Review 8：The Staff. Watched me limp UPSTAIRS with my suitcase. He didn't know where the outside hose was. The bathroom was badly set-out and the water pressure was shocking.We couldn't have the window open because of the fan running next door was very loud. There is a question about Breakfast? What Breakfast? Who knew. Even this review does'nt work properly. I can describe the property!

Review 10：They supplied towels for the hot pools. Left side table lights on after cleaning a nice touch. The free magazines for guests to read. The use of umbrellas for guests.
Review 11：Check in was smooth and friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. Had everything one would need for a short stay. The communal area was large, yet very cozy. It has magazines available and games. The kitchen was a good size and also has everything one would need to cook their own meals. Location is superb. Close to all in this quaint little village. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
Review 12：The building of the new venue next door to the hotel had a minor impact as they worked Saturday and Sundays. Not a biggy and I'm sure it will be finished next time we stay at this hotel.
Review 13：The hosts were delightful, helpful and very welcoming. We were hoping to watch the Australian Football League grand final which noone else around was watching. They went out of their way to provide it on our TV in our room. The facilities for cooking our own meals were excellent and fastidiously clean. We could choose then to stay in and make our own meals. They are well organised and responsive to our needs. The location opposite the Thermal Pools was incredible but not noisy. We were very happy.
Review 14：Such friendly hosts. Felt very welcomed the minute we arrived. Got personally shown to our room and got given a tour of the facilities. This type of hospitality is missing from other places now days. We have a 1year old and they accommodated her so well which made it less stressful for us. Thanks again
Review 15：My only critique that isn't good, is this... my friend and I stayed in a twin bed room as requested. The beds were very small and too soft. If either of us had been any taller (we're both 5'4' we would have struggled to keep our feet in the bed.
Review 16：Friendly staff...wonderful welcome. The owners even came out into the cold to say goodbye. It was a lovely place, right across from the thermal pools and walking distance to all the restaurants.
Review 17：The walls a very thin between rooms, so if you are unlucky enough to have inconsiderate people in the next room like we did you may need some ear plugs. Though that is more the rudeness of the occupants than the fault of the motel.

Review 21：The floor in the bathroom was very slippery, it was like there was oilon the tiles. We raised this issue with the owner and he was aware of itand says it is scheduled for repair. It did concern me that this was thedisabilty suite and therefore not at all suitable to rented out in thiscondition as it is a health and safety hazard.

Review 52：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is opposite the hot Pools! The rooms were reorganised so that we could have adjoining rooms with our kids, which was very handy.
