Review 1：Very limited gym. Not many restaurants in area itself, it is mainly lamp shop area. For taxi, it is known as kukdo hotel.

Review 2：As frequent traveller to Seoul, I must say this is one of best connected hotels by subway: access to 4 major lines in just minutes. Good starting point for sightseeing. My room was very spacious and clean.

Review 4：We are from the USA and the hotel exceeded my expectations. We wanted something with a "local" feel but with our expected creature comforts. This hotel was perfect. Good size, extremely clean, modern, with wonderful bed linens. As nice as our Westin experienes.

Review 7：My friend and I ate at the restaurant ( cold buffet ) and we felt not well afterwards. I got food poisoning and I had to go to the emergency in the night. My friend felt nauseaus but she didn't have to go to the hospital. My trip was ruined because of the food in the hotel. I had fever and I had to take médicine. Besides this, the hotel was located not so well. The Hotel was located in a street of decoration, lamps shops. The restaurants, shopping area was a 15min walk away. The hotel didn't have a vending machine to buy soda during the stay. The mattress of the beds were hard.

Review 8：the concierge, receptionists, cleaning lady were very friendly. After the incident in the restaurant and hospital, I could talk to the General manager of the hotel about the food poisoning and getting a small refund. the rooms were clean and we had a nice view from the 14th floor. There was free internet and a lots of TV Channels. You could only use the elevator using the hotel card.

Grocery store next to the hotel otherwise most of the shop are electricity shops. Airport Bus No. 6015 is stopping in front of the hotel entrance and subway is few meters away from the hotel. Reception is on 2nd floor. I booked double bed room which was good on size and clean. The washbasin is on the room corridor not on the bathroom.

Review 15：- When we asked the local people for hotel direction in the metro subway, they don't seem to know "Best Western Premier Hotel". It was rather best known as Kukdo hotel. - Our clothes were dirty and required laundry but there wasnt any economy "coin laundry" available as an option in the hotel for us.

Review 16：When my family and I step into the hotel for the 1st time, the lighting and the interior design of the hotel impressed us and overall we felt relax and comfortable to spend our 5 days night there.

Review 17：Only some minor details which could be improved, not a dealbreaker. Surprised that room didn't come with toothbrush and toothpaste, would appreciate being told before hand. Wasn't notified that the items in the minibar has changed such that it doesn't tally with the minibar order, so there was some confusion.

Review 26：Non-smoking floor but some hotel guests still smoke in their rooms, hotel was not able to control the situation. During my first stay, at around midnight smoking smell will came into the room when hotel guests next door return. During my 2nd returned stay, it was better.

Review 27：The cleanliness of the room, the airport bus right in front of hotel, the bathroom water pressure was good, the tv channels were good, convenience store right downstairs, the location was very close to key shopping attractions so we took taxi when we were tired costing 4000krw when minimum fare is 3000krw, interesting location selling designer lights, chairs, local dried goods, walked towards PJ hotel will find food options, used to be local hotel so most taxi drivers knows the hotel well (pronounced as "cook-Thor" hotel)

Review 29：I didn't have a problem with too much. In the morning there was some cleaning going on in the next room which woke me up. Other than that, there are no complaints.

Review 36：It is located around a commercial area selling all kinds of LED lights and copper making and other electrical spare parts So if you are not into this sort of thing, it gets pretty boring really fast I don't believe they have any other facilities.

Review 37：Extremely convenient - airport bus stops in front of hotel & you also take this same bus stop to go to the airport which makes it extremely convenient. Don't believe that nonsense about taking the A'Rex train or subway train to your hotel: you need to navigate steps in almost all the stations I visited so it is a real pain to push your luggage up & down steps no matter how fit you think you are. So airport bus convenience is essential! Subway exit is a short distance away - but then this is Seoul so every hotel gets this exact same facility It is near the Cheonggyecheon Stream It is about 10 mins walk away from the Jongmyo shrine A 24-hour convenience store is on hotel's right. It is limited stock but at least you get some stuff But I loved the way the room was done up. So many things put into such a small room. Every space maximized for use

Review 38：Stayed for a week, room was cleaned everyday. Comfortable. Room was big with a nice bath tub, I loved the curtain to separate the sink and room. Airport bus stop right in front of the hotel, very convenient. Near subway too. Breakfast and Lunch buffet was nice.

Review 39：this is a 4 star hotel, i booked this hotel August 27 -31 before i travel to Europe because i hope the staff have good English communication since this is the first time i travel in Seoul. I did not have time to write comment to the hotel until i came back home yesterday. I had 12:40pm midnight airplane flight to Paris at Sept 1, and i ask the front desk staff when is the last time the airport shuttle at the hotel leave? and she answer me 10:30 , so i leave luggage at hotel and come back around 9pm, the luggage keeper told me in fact the last shuttle bus to airport is 8:20 and i have to pay by myself 80 US dollar taxi to hotel, and they don't want to take any responsibility for that. I asked them if there is anymore choice, they told me another wrong information again, which is i take taxi to Seoul Station and take airport express train to airport. When I arrived Seoul Station, the last express airport train already gone. I was crying I carried 2 luggage alone and did not know how to do, and Seoul Station Security was very nice and communicated to the taxi driver take me to airport, but it was already too late i miss my airplane....So i sleep at airport first time for my entire life, and next day i pay extra US 700 dollars to buy another seat to Europe. I can not understand why a 4 star hotel give me wrong important information to customer twice and had very cold attitude. I paid much more money to book Best Western because i think they should have better staff quality, but it is the worst worst experience i had ever in my life for now!

Review 40：Spacious, modern and clean room with a great view. Excellent free Wi FI. A good price for such a good hotel. Not the best location - not a restaurant district - but the airport bus is at the front door and other attractions are a few bocks away.

Review 61：Pleasant but poorly trained staff. On checkin, a credit card was demanded as security for the minibar. Hotel initially would not accept a debit card and would not empty the minibar to resolve the problem. Debit card then magically accepted once they realised I did not have a credit card. We used a cheap plastic toothbrush which we were then charged $3(!) for - apparently this is a chargeable extra here, at a ridiculous markup - this is not at all clear. Paid in cash for it on checkout; but then had the amount charged AGAIN to my debit card a few hours later. Disappointing as the rest of the stay was fantastic.

Review 80：the hotel is in a great location just steps from the subway. one stop away from meyeongdong shopping and eating and dongdaemun - but can easily walk as well. and we went in the dead of winter and it was no problem to travel if you have the right gear. weather was highs of 25-35F. from the airport, take bus 6015 and it drops you right off in front for 10,000 wan (about $10 us). keep a business card with you in case you need to take a cab back. rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, great view. probably the nicest best western we've ever stayed in. staff was very helpful and accommodating and friendly. would definitely stay here and recommend this place.

Review 90：The close proximity with the subway, you just need to walk straight for 3mins from Euljiro 4 (sa)-ga station Exit 10. But if you're bring big luggage I suggest you use Exit 9 (it has an escalator). The bed is comfort, the room is very clean and quiet. You can store you bag and the airport bus #6015 stop on the door step of the hotel, superb!

Review 91：The room was too warm in winter. They gave us a fan and opened thewindows and switched off the heat. But the room was extermly dry andwarm. We had to search for plugs behind draws and different locations.

Review 93：Limo bus from Incheon Airport stop exactly in front of the hotel. Just approximately 15-20 minutes walking distance to Cheonggycheon Stream, Dongdaemun and Myeongdong. Then to subway station is only about 3 minutes walking distance.

If you walk to the right for 1 miunte, you will find the entrance of the subway station (Euljiro 4 ga) which connects you to Line 2&5... If you walk to the left for 5 minutes, you will find the entrance of the subway station (Euljiro 3 ga) which connects you to Line 3! Modern and clean room with big window that gives you a nice view of the city, from some rooms you can see Namsan tower.
