Review 1：Signs only in Slovenian or Italian. DOES not cater for English speaking guests. Old stuffy rooms. Old TV, useless curtains, bed is low quality, no duvets, shower only (no bath) Wifi non existent on some floors. Smells like nostalgia from the old Tito days. Breakfast room closed on my departure day with no warning (staff said nothing on check-in) and had to walk through casino (requires passport/(ID and photo scan) to have breakfast. Breakfast below level but edible. Breakfast staff busy chatting amongst themselves. No greeting or smiles.

Review 4：We were a group of motorcyclists and had a problem with the Navi. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I would once again like to say a special thanks to Katarina and her Team. to the hotel I can only say the rooms are nice and OK. Staff is friendly in every aspect

Review 18：Quite a walk from train station and city centre. Public transport irregular, Worth taking taxi as only costs E5. Also taxis go cross-border.

Review 20：Room was small. Furniture needs renewal. Paint was dropping frombathroom ceiling. In general it was ok but by my opinion hotel does notdeserve four stars as it is advertised.

Review 25：The hotel is not only basically but fully made for Italians who want to gamble outside their own country to avoid Italys strict gambling rules. Thus everything is made for Italians - the advertisment, the shows, the explanations on the coffee machine... even everything in town is bilingual. On friday night the hotel was full and in the middle of the night a loud party was started in the room above ours. Plus people constanly knocked on our door or acciently tried to open the wrong room (ours) with their card. On weekends its basically a party hotel. Don't go there if you don't intend to gamble (we didn't). Nova Gorica is so dull, it's not even worth a day trip. As I mentioned to great choice of jam for breakfast on the plus side, I have to add on the minus side that there was only a very limited choice of cheese and ham or salami etc. No tomatoes or any other vegetables.

Review 26：At arrival we got a double room on the right side of the hotel with a small balcony. The room was quiet alright but did not meet the positive recommendations here at booking.com. The carpet had a few holes and the bath room was old, though very clean. On the next day we were moved to another room a lot more comfortable and slightly bigger with different furniture and a silent AC. The breakfast was good, a lot of choice from jam, fresh fruits, cereals, boiled or scrambled eggs. Very good coffee.

Review 27：Bardzo miła obsługa (znająca j. ang. i włoski), dobre kontynentalne śniadanie (spory wybór: na słono, słodko, owoce....). W kasynie można spędzić ciekawy wieczór i dodatkowo zjeść smaczną kolację w rozsądnej cenie... Pokoje czyste, szybkie WIFI, parking strzeżony.... Jednym słowem: POLECAM!!!
