Review 1：This hotel is no where near anywhere , taxi from airport takes you the long way round so it cost over 200bht , when we arrived for breakfast at 9am everything cold and left uncovered , Hotel very dark .

Review 3：The Hotel has passed it's glory days and is now best suited to package tour groups. It does not have a swimming pool and is miles from anything.

Review 5：Old faded green towels, carpets looks old and dirty.staff that help us to call taxi tried to mark up the fare and not using meter. very inconvenient and at the mercy of the taxi drivers. Some taxi drivers are not familiar as it is like within a housing area off the main road and ended up rounding the places paying extra fare ! Front office staff are helpful but not efficient. I won't recommend friends to stay here if they are attending any convention at Impact.
Review 6：The hotel is not a walking distance to the Impact Arena, it is actually a 15 minute drive. The taxi costs about 100 Baht. Not many locals know the location at the hotel so getting a cab there is quite difficult. Wifi signal in the room was very weak, had to hang around the lobby for strong signal

The bed being upstairs in our room was ok, but the stairs were quite steep and the treads were short No kettle in room No cups or mugs in room for hot drinks Not much space around bathroom vanity to leave my skincare program no hooks in bathroom to hang toiletry bags or wet towels...

Review 19：The staff is very friendly and helpful and would go out of their way to help. Large rooms with all the required facilities.
Review 20：I reached their about 1am and the boy who helped me to take my luggage and who came with me to show my room was drunken.Carpet was smelly.Ac was not cooling.There was no separate kettle to make hot tea or hot water. One heavy hot water kettle kept in corridor and the boy told me if you want hot water you can go and take from that kettle

Review 23：The reception/from office staff take their job as a joke. very unprofessional. Absolute disregard to be responsible for their guests. Booked over 50 hotels worldwide through bookings, this was the worst experience ever. Would never recommend this hotel to any traveller.
