Review 1：Location is convenient but otherwise ugly surroundings.

Review 2：Great Mexican atmosphere - stylish yet relaxing and comfortable. Awesome bar setting alongside the pool and eating area.

Review 3：The Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. It was very important to us to have wifi to make calls and texts from our iPhone since we were there for Christmas and wanted to make calls. The staff was very rude and dismissive and refused to refund us when we asked about moving hotels since they refused to fix their internet. Unacceptable.

Review 4：Location a bit outta town 20 min walk, 200 Peso cab ride or short bus ride. Bus stop right out front.

Review 11：Where do I begin.., we we're treated by the entire staff wonderfully...begnning to end. Edgar ,Mariam,/ and Raul made sure we did not need anything. I loved this place.. We did not want to stay at a hotel by the marina near all the nightclubs and craziness. This hotel has a delicious restaurant inside and a great smoothie stand across the street and next to it a delicious tacos/Marisco restaurant. We are 15 mins from chileano beach by public transit a very nice modern bus which only costs $2 per person.. Now going to the arc/ Marina from the hotel is where the taxis get you they try to charge almost $25 one way..ether rent a car or the bus.

Review 22：Having clearly overbooked my reservation was changed and I was informed I had apparently changed it whilst I was on a plane. Despite stating breakfast included (which lacked cutlery for 3 days) we had hassle each day getting our pass and when we asked to speak to the manager about our experience they couldn't walk down stairs to meet us. Terrible staff ruined our stay in a potentially nice hotel.

Review 65：The pool and HOT TUB was FREEZING! The shower door leaked water ALL OVER the bathroom floor every time we took showers, making the floor VERY slippery. We went through more towels trying to stop the water for each shower than we used in drying off.

Review 66：The rooms were fantastic. With the cement walls there was ABSOLUTELY no "next door" noise. We loved hanging out in the hammock. Everyone was very friendly. This isn't a like or dislike, just info: If you are an exclusively-English speaking person, you will be one of the only people there that is. Most everyone at the hotel speaks very little English. This is a hotel, not a resort. It was fun to figure out the public bus system and we felt we really got to know Mexico, not the typical "American on vacation in Little America in a foreign country". We are NOT the adventurous type of traveler (actually this was our first trip out of the US) and we had lots of fun!

Review 75：We had to request the hot tub get heated when we needed it. In February the pool was too cold to really enjoy it. I understand they were being economical, but we needed a warmer pool. Just ask them one hour before you want to use it.
