Review 1：Strange structure (lots of halls, complicated acces from underground parking to hotel ), common spaces in a very comercial style (not too friendly).

Review 3：Receptionists gave us inferior twins rooms for smokers when we booked for a superior no smoking double room. Nice try....we asked to change and they finally changed our rooms.

Review 4：Hotel is a bit dated. Shower couldn't be hung up (broken) I paid more for an executive room but didn't really had an idea it was better than what I got during my previous stay

Review 7：1. They clearly aren't that careful in cleaning up--there was a pair of underwear left in the bathroom. 2. They charge 5 euros for wifi in your room. Considering that it's free in so many locations now, it really felt like a rip-off.

Review 8：The room was fine, but nothing really all that special. I didn't go for the casino, so maybe that's my problem, but it wasn't all that cheap or that expensive, just average. It'll do the job if you need to be in Nova Gorica.

Review 9：Not much, Valet untrained, No Bellman, Room very average, carpet worn......Not how I would run a Casino / Hotel......However I must admit I am used to High End Las Vegas Hotel ....but in Vegas this would be considered an over the hill place... Also Poker rake is obscene !

Review 10：I hate to say it but nothing....it was a mistake for me to stay here....I am a tourist and was hoping to get in a few hours of poker, but there rake is so egregiously HIGH that I feel like it would literally be impossible for even a good player to win. I'm not into getting screwed so I didn't play.

Review 41：The hotel advertises free wifi in the rooms but it does not work. Internet is only available in the lobby. We had the same problem the previous time we stayed there. When we asked the receptionist about it she just laughed and said they were having trouble with it.

Review 42：Having the casino and hotel in the same building is very convenient, especially in bad weather.

Review 43：When I was checking in, on November 14th around 9 p.m., the officer at the reception desk was extreamly unpleasant. As I am often staying there, I can tell that it was not a one time incident, but on that day it was really pushed to an extreme. Probably will avoid the hotel in the future.

Review 44：When travelling for business always want to train. Gym at the Perla isquite limited in equipment. With a small investment just in dumbles (1 -30kg) visitors could do much more.

Review 46：The bartenders in the casino were rude. We were told drinks were free and ordered two rounds with no problem. Then there was a shift change and we were told there was a fee for drinks now. I also did not like that the discotech was closed on a saturday night. The front desk clerk refered us to a night club about a mile away...too far to walk to in heels and after drinking.

Review 47：I liked that there was everything in the hotel itself, we did not need to drive anywhere. Casino, hotel room, night club, nightly show arenas, spa, swimming pool...something for everyone! The selection of restaurants was good as well as the food itself, though a bit pricey.
