Review 1：I dont prefer the breakfast served there. They only served me sandwiches and i can choose either coffe or tea on monday morning. Doesnt value for money.
Review 2：Cleanliness: room is not clean. I see stain on the bed linens. Comfort: the hotel is located right beside a busy junction. Avoid this hotel if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast: this is the worst breakfast I have ever had in hotels. I paid RM 240 for a small and noisy room with a simple sandwich and a cup of coffee in the following morning.

Review 4：Room was on main road and seal on window was broken. Was fixed on first day however traffic noise was still almost unbearable. No bar fridge Cafe closed at 6pm. No chance for ice or anything after this time

Review 10：One service staff quite annoying on the response/manner (need courtesy training perhaps). Some are polite well mannered. Parking experience is nightmare from building management. I had to wait around 15 minutes in heavy downpour (rain) while trying to get the parking barrier up at night. Intercom several times in the rain, someone answered vaguely but no one bother to come up and check. Long queue of car at the back due to that. One good samaritan offered to go to management office in the heavy rain (driver at back queue) only then someone appear to solve the issue. If building want to impose parking make sure the system works efficiently. No good parking rates given to hotel occupants. Driving in and out of hotel several times in a day will ensure you on the terrible parking fees..terrible paking rates and sevice I can say. Oh and the parking payment machine have mind of its own...

Review 12：We smell smoking smoke in our room. This must be the act of some irresponsible dwellers. Perhaps the stalf should reminder these to all when check in.

Review 16：No breakfast, not so many tv chanels - as I remember only 10chn, room a bit small, need to pay RM100 for security deposit - which is too much. At my 1st night, they didn't pick my trash so on 2nd night I put the trash can right behind the door. The location is far from the airport and the city. Need to take cabs to the nearest station (Kelana Jaya) or you can ride a rapidKL bus - which spent a looong time waiting and long route. Staff were joking and teasing each other while I'm check in.

Review 25：There was a power trip on my first night there and I was so unlucky to be staying in the room where the power box is located in the ceiling of my room. They had to knock on my door around 3am just to turn the power back on. Other than that, everything else was great. Would stay here again just not in that room.

Review 39：The hotel is not suitable for family with young children. The space between the TV, bed and bathroom are too small just like in a budget hotel. if you switch on the bathroom lights, others can see you through from the bed area since they are using the tampered glass wall. you have to take bath in a dark to avoid that unless you don't mind.
Review 40：Have to go pass through big traffic light to walk to the curve which is inconvenience. if you have a car then it would be okay. The decor in the lobby is classic and nice. it is more suitable for single business traveler more than family.
Review 41：Noisy as there's seems to be construction ongoing downstairs. I was tired of long journey and planned for rest upon arrival but being disturbed by the drilling sound just below my room. The room size was not as what I expected it to be. It was small >there was only a hanger & small area for cloth hanging, no proper place to hang the cloth >slippers not provided >You need to iron yr cloth outside the room and the iron situated at corner secluded area.
