Review 1：My holiday at this amazing boutique villa was an extreamly enriching experience and i would recommend this place to everybody looking for something different than a common all inclusive holiday. Truley impressed definitely the hidden gem in beruwala, everything is so well organised and coordinated. Every guest feels very wel come due to friendly and generous nature of the staff. Thank you for the lovely vacation villa velmarie , totally in love with the place!!!! Wish i had more time to experience restorative yoga session followed by tasty,hearty nutritious meal in fellowship with the other friendly guests. Cant wait to visit again.

From the moment we set foot at the villa it was clean ,spacious and comfortable.it is also the perfect blast to explore that part of srilanka as public transport is very easy. Review 3：Villa Velmarie was a wonderful experience. The villa is on a private road on a gigantic garden. The pool is beautifully maintained every day and as there are only six rooms attention to detail is great. We had a private butler to attend to our every need. Wish we could have stayed for longer, keep up the good work.

Review 4：As a srilankan living in Germany it was great to see srilanka having a boutique hotel which is of European standard. The villa is walking distance to many interesting places and public transport is one minute away. Trishaws which are very cheap can be ordered straight to the villa. The rooms had a effortless contemporary feel. The touristy areas are very close by. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the fresh fruit was just mouth watering. The staff ,professionalism , efficiency and the location every aspect was faultless Keep up the good work .

Review 5：A wonderful never ending garden which is elegantly furnished. From the hammocks to the verandas to the fresh fruit available outside was fantastic. Every thing about this place screamed " Exotic getaway" Very very relaxing and very very unique. A much better experience than staying at larger hotels. The feeling of exclusivity was the best part of the holiday. The food was delicious and the breakfast can be served to the bedroom yum !!!!!!

Review 6：This place is a perfect hideaway in Maggonna, ideal for some R&R. The rooms are well appointed, and we had a room with a view of the pool which was lovely. The beach was just a few minutes walk, and the weather on this part of the coast is also very cool and breezy, which made our stay even better. The best part of Villa Velmarie was the food. The chefs served up some excellent seafood dishes, and I would definitely go back for the next long weekend!

Review 8：Being a regular business traveller to the south of Sri Lanka I have stayed in many hotels in and around Beruwala. I have to say that Villa Vellamarie was by far the best I have ever stayed in this area. This newly opened boutique hotel had a very contemporary style, whilst retaining a colonial feel to it. The rooms were well laid out, spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The english speaking staff was very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help. The food was delicious and had great variety. I would highly recommend this tranquil boutique hotel to any traveller.

The furniture and the architectural designs in the villa creates an atmosphere of a traditional Sri Lankan ‘home’. Cleanliness of the space, the open areas, the garden and the pool added more joy to our holiday experience. The rooms were cozy, extremely comfortable and designed tastefully to relax a busy mind of a traveler. The food was delicious!!
