Review 1：On the booking.com profile page, it states free internet but it was limited to 100MB per day and then you had to pay.

Review 2：Great waterfront location with beautiful views and very close walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops etc. The apartment was a good size for 2 adults and was modern and beautifully furnished.

Review 3：Water view interrupted by RSL next door. Would recommend level 3 or above.The queen bed was at the smaller end of the described size.

Review 4：Apartment size was great. Management team really cares and extremely helpful. Everybody was nice. Did not expect a room with premium foxtel. Close to the beach and the esplanade which features a great Sunday market. Uninterrupted view of a spectacular 90 minute lightning show north of Brisbane.

All foxtel channels available. The managers are fantastic. Cafes, boardwalk and beach on your doorstep. Superb weekend away. We have rebooked already!

Review 15：There are a few things that need some TLC. The dishwasher has some mould inside, The Kitchen floor was a little sticky I had to mop it. The vent above the toilet has thick dust in it. Other then that this place is perfect.

Review 16：The Friendly Team at Proximity Waterfront Apartments make you feel at home the moment you walk to the reception desk. The check in process was quick and easy. The Apartment itself was spacious for a one bedroom it was decorated beautifully and was comfortable. I liked the foxtel and also the bathroom with the washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. There is plenty of secure parking available. Id definitely consider staying at Proximity again next time I'm in Redcliffe.

Review 17：The apartment was not very clean. The floors throughout were dirty. The dishwasher had smelly water in it. It's a real shame, if the cleanliness was better, it would be an excellent place to recommend.

Review 21：We are a group of friends all in our fifties meeting for a reunion and we were asked to tone down our talking and laughing on the balcony after 10.30 pm. Not a pleasant feeling however staff were very good and apologetic about it.

Review 23：the location in the building wasn't what i'd expected and i wish i'd looked more carefully at the actual views before booking. the lounge room balcony does have a sea view from the edge, but due to the noise of the adjacent loading dock and rsl we weren't able to use the balcony as much as expected. The apartment is still in a great position and we just went outside to see the ocean :)

We had a north facing 1 bedroom apartment and enjoyed the quietness and open outlook including sea views. Ability to record TV and watch Foxtel added bonus.

Review 72：Location was fabulous right across from the beach, quiet location close to shops and restaurants. We didn't hear any noise from the RSL but asked to be facing north so that helped alot. Residents were very quiet and parking a breeze. The staff were just so helpful and very welcoming! The kitchen has everything you could need but you do need to take our your own rubbish and put everything away or there is a charge for not doing so. However would still recommend this property even though our stay was short.

Review 73：The beds were uncomfortable, the wifi although free was not worth even having, for the amount you got! The aircon was poor. We also booked another night and then didn't need it at about 12.30 that day as I was travelling for medical reasons, instead of just charging us a late checkout fee they charged us for the whole night and said they can not refund as they didn't know how to do a refund.

Review 75：Unit was not clean to a good standard. Bench top not wiped down - Window need cleaning, Toilet seat in main bedroom offset. Rubbish bin had liquid spillage on top of lid. Walls have stuff marks. Air Conditioning filters / units in urgent need of cleaning. Faulty main room air con remote, operationally sometimes.

Review 79：Room 307 on the southern side a little noisy due to proximity to RSL next door. Possibly better in a higher apartment. Noise was from air conditioning units both nights and on one of the nights from staff a nod security congregating on stair at 2.00am drinking, talking and laughing for 45mins. Next time will request North Eat Aspect Apartment

Review 91：This apartment complex could not have been closer to the beach and amenities. It was comfortable, clean, wonderful staff, well equipped, ideal for holiday or business trip. We would have no hesitation in coming back.

Review 92：Carpet and floor rug were stained and 'grotty' particular around the doors to the balcony. When I first entered the apartment there was a very obvious stale, musty smell. As the balcony overlooked the rear of the RSL there was continuous noise from industrial equipment which made it very unpleasant to remain on the balcony for any length of time. Also needed to close doors and windows at times. Would request a front facing apartment next time.

Review 94：We stayed at Proximity for 2 weeks in November and had a fantastic time - just a stones throw from the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. You have everything you could need be it for business or pleasure. The pool and pool area was very clean. Plenty of eating and drinking can be found easily nearby for the days you don't fancy cooking. Woolworth supermarket is within walking distance and bus stops are just on your doorstep!

Review 102：Spacious2 bed apartment. Very easy access and secure. Located just across the quiet road to esplanade and shops,restaurants and lagoon in walking distance. Nice walks in either direction along the seafront.

Review 103：The blinds in the bedroom really needed to block out the early sun as a holiday sleep in was not possible. The air conditioning needed to be more effective in the bedroom.

Also very small with no bedside tables. We were on the 7th floor and it was quite a windy weekend. It limited the use of the outdoor area.

Review 114：Well appointed, large unit with good facilities including an excellent kitchen and full Foxtel. The lap pool and gym were also hidden benefits. It's in an excellent position close to shops and plenty of good eating areas. There is a fantastic restaurant downstairs called 'Passion on a Plate' which has great food and did a terrific three course deal on certain days of the week. The RSL club is also next door. Despite being close to everything, the unit was very quiet.

Redcliffe is a bit run down and requires redevelopment, which is a pity as it could be a fantastic resort. The apartment is very spacious and has great kitchen equipment - exactly what a family would need if staying for a week

Review 122：Unit 601 had 2 bedrooms, and the double bed in one, and the 2 singles in 2nd, each had broken middle wheels under the beds. The cleanliness left a bit to be desired, not unacceptable, but lacked attention to detail.

Review 123：View to north and east were brilliant, with water and land views up to the Sunshine Coast. Security is tight, and while vehicle parking is under-ground, the lifts are quick to respond. Staff were friendely and helpfull. The foreshore walkways (just across the road) and parkland at Redcliffe well worth the visit. Sunday markets were extensive, and varied Shopping strip also just across the street, and RSL next door.

Review 126：The address was Redcliffe Parade, However, nowhere did it say drive into Irene street to access the property whilst driving.

Review 128：it was so nice and relaxing. I loved the idea of been able to cook and do the washing so didn't have to travel with dirty clothes. we had a beautiful view and have already started to book the next trip this time a little longer.

Review 129：We were staying for 18 days and were given an apartment right beside where workmen were making noise from early 5am on every day. My sister and my daughter stayed for 3 or 4 days and they were given much nicer rooms, one with two car spaces which we could have done with. The woman manager was not exactly friendly. We wanted to go between floors to visit family rooms and she scolded my niece re that. We had family visiting from England and so lots of visitors. If we'd gone in and out each week then presumably more tea, coffee etc would have been supplied. Not so if you stay longer than 1 week.
