Review 1：been stay here once in 2010,was very good , once in 2013, still good , this time again , but very disappoint , strong air freshener smell in the common area to cover the odor from carpet , couch in the room and carpet need to be shampoo and upholstery feels filthy ,tiling floor area are dirty

Review 3：The carpet need more cleaning. The air is heavy inside our room. Could be that the filters of the A/C are dirty...and the A/C too wasn't working well (not giving the correct temp). And such a strong floral scent hanging around the air just outside the elevators. Too strong for our taste really.

Review 5：Good place to stay, clean, easy access to central Auckland. Staff were excellent went out of their way to help us get to our concert by much quicker and efficent way than we would have done. Have stayed before would stay again.

Review 8："1-bedroom apartment" was really a room with a sliding door and was quite small/cramped. Parking fee was significant per day, especially since you had to double park in small underground lot. I found having to leave the keys with the reception so they could move cars as needed a bit of a pain.

Review 23：I had my 15year old son up from Napier and it was a surprise/treat to stay in the CBD. I mentioned to the girl not to discuss the financials until I had settled him in the room. But she carried on in front of my son who thought it an absolute waste of money and he felt it would have been better to purchase him an Xbox.

Review 26：room had view of a wall and we had a huge support pylon in the middle of the sitting room not what was pictured online maybe could have been cheaper if you had that room , also room said to be sound proof but not really, bathroom needed more light possibly above the mirror was quite small and the coffee not so good

Wasn't expecting a view for the price, but weren't expecting that of an old sock, used cigarette buts and a used condom just below the window. The deodorizer in the hallways was too strong and caught in the throat - getting to and from lifts and room.

Review 51：The fact that I booked for a car park facility but no one new I had, also had email confirmation stating it was $20, charged for $25. Had to reverse a staff members car because the entrance was one way to the car park and obviously she didn't look at the red light that shows. No porter service, or valet. And they wanted $200 as a bond for a one night stay- before refunding made us sit in the lobby for some one to check our room. And wanted the $25 on top of that for the parking ( I don't know why when they just took $200 off me) Beds seem to be a nice size only to find both were singles pushed together and very springy could feel all the springs through the sheet very uncomfortable, wasn't any tooth paste, not enough soap for 4 people when the booking was clearly stated 4 adults. Towels were not bought up to room when requested. Reception didn't answer the phones after 11. Dissatisfied really.

We had called for an extended checkout from 10 to 11 or 11 to 12...something. and the housekeeping lady yelled at us for being their at that time even though we got the late checkout.
