Review 1：We loved everything about this hotel. The only thing that could use improvement was the beach/dock area.

Review 2：Beautiful and elegant hotel. The grounds and pool area were spacious and lovely, the rooftop space was breathtaking with the most gorgeous sunsets and views of Mt Vesuvius! Our third floor room was spacious and had a lovely balcony. The views from this hotel were amazing. Delicious on site restaurants and great buffet breakfast. Service and hospitality were five star. The free shuttle to town was great. We will be back!!

Review 3：The only thing we didnt like was the dangerous walk back from Sorrento the paths are narrow and the cars are so fast. However this was our fault as the hotel do provide a mini bus.

Review 4：The whole exprience of this hotel was excellent. On arrival we received a complimentary drink and an upgrade. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The food in their restuarant is divine and a one of a kind experiene to sit and look out on to mount Versuvius. Even on our very early check out the reception staff had packed us a breakfast goodie bag. We would definitly recommend staying here!

Review 9：We visited Hotel Mediterraneo 2 years ago and decided to return, not because Sant' Agnello and Sorrento are so beautiful (which they are) but because of how wonderful this hotel is. The property is gorgeous (as the photos on their website depict) and the amenities are lovely (fabulous pool and garden area); it has a spectacular view of the Bay of Naples, they serve a sumptuous breakfast and our room was simple but cheerful and filled with sunlight. BUT the real reason for returning are the PEOPLE who work there. They work tirelessly to make everything run smoothly and create an atmosphere of relaxation and joy. All the staff smiles and greets the guests with genuine and generous kindness. Sadly, we speak NO Italian, but that is no matter, because everyone on staff speaks the language of hospitality fluently! Our housekeeper, Elisabetta, was excellent and efficient. The waiters in the restaurant were friendly and professional. The pool was paradise: Americo keeps the grounds spotless and jumps up to help you move your lounge chair to face the sun perfectly; the bartenders, Arturo, Salvatore, and the curiously named "Mr. Nobody," are ready with a smile, laughter and an expertly prepared cocktail, the pool restaurant is staffed by Benito and Mario, who go out of their way to remember the little things. Lastly, the staff at the front desk, notably Pina and Anillo, are always enthusiastic and cheerful and ready to help whenever we passed by the reception area. What a joy. When we departed, we felt as if we were leaving old friends.

Review 10：The room, especially the bathroom, needed a bit of rennovation. The restaurant's menu was not overly inspired and the kitchen missed on some of the execution.

Review 12：The bathrooms are small, cramped and outdated ... Do not feel clean. Hairdryer is a joke and water pressure is non existent. The maid service is basically just having your bed made. Toiletries are not replaced. 25 minute walk to town.

Review 15：The staff in all departments were 1st class, reception extremely helpful and the waiters couldn't do enough for you ncluding the cleaners, nothing was a problem the Hotel even provided a packed breakfast on check out for our family without asking as we had an early start. The meals were first class with plenty of choice for children of all ages. Loved having breakfast on the Restaraunt balcony and waking up to the amazing room sea view which is essential. It's a 15minute walk to Sorrento which is bad but there is also a shuttle bus from the hotel that is regular day and evening. Great pool and bar plenty of room and beds

Review 17：We liked the location of the hotel, the open lobby area, great pool and garden area. We liked the pool restaurant setting and menu. The view from the breakfast restaurant was breathtaking. The car parking was much appreciated as we had rented a car. We also loved the view from our room overlooking the bay.

Review 22：For rooms at the front of the hotel there is traffic noise at some times of the day which could be difficult for some visitors. We suspect many of the rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter.

Review 27：the lift down to the small pebbled beach area didn't seem to be working/available, that could be an issue for older guests or people with children. a small minus point though will be going back to Sorrento and staying here again.

Mr "Nobody" the head barman was odd, I think he was probably Marmite; either you liked his humour or you didn't, we didn't! Breakfast was ok but not as good as the Mercure in Naples. A Hotel at this price should serve fresh coffee for breakfast, instead there was machine coffee. The WIFI was hopeless which caused us some issues. The woman at reception lost complete interest in us as soon as she realised we were not going to take the offer of the hotel orgonised boat trip to Capri, I will let you decide but it was rather pricy!!

Review 36：The location was very good if you have your own transport, I would highly recomend hiring a car to get around and see the area. The parking excellent and the concierge was a fine chap. We had a garden facing room and the view was fine. all in all I would stay again it was a beautiful setting.

Review 51：Location was a good 20-25 minute walk to town/port and our room (despite being "upgraded" to a Deluxe double, was cramped and poorly furnished, a very basic bathroom and a view of the main road in front of the hotel (hotel is positioned on a busy corner of a one-way road). Overall the online description was far from what I experienced on arrival. Staff were great though and very accommodating. Overall, a disappointing first night of our Amalfi Coast trip.

We were waken up every morning with noises from the corridor, my parents stayed in another room and they told me they could hear everything from the toilet of the next room! There's not much to do in and around the hotel (no bars etc) in the evening but that's not unusual in Sorrento I think.

Review 115：High chairs were often unclean, our room was noisy on the first night but we were moved to a quieter room which was fine for the rest of the holiday. The restaurant does not open until 19:30 in the evening which is too late to start eating with young children so we ate out on all but one evening.

We stayed on the 4th floor, but that is right under therestaurant. Which has a hardwood floor. So starting 8 am you get wokenby the noise of people walking above you, chairs and tables beingdragged, wheels of the little carts the staff uses... Quite noisy.

Review 119：We had an excellent room with mezzanine and shared terrace at the front. The whole hotel was very clean, staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location is a little out of town, but the regular free shuttle bus more than compensated and we had free parking. The view across Naples bay and the surrounding area is stunning, especially at sunset. I would stay here again and recommend to friends. Thankyou to all the staff.

Review 120：The only problem we had was that the room was very warm but we were unable to use the air condition as we were told Italian law does not allow air conditioning to be used before the 1st May

Review 121：The hotel was very clean and we found all the staff very helpful. The hotel is a little out from Sorrento but the hotel provides a very good shuttle service free, this is really important as we found taxi prices very very expensive. An excellent hotel overall.

Restaurant for breakfast is lovely but there isn't anyone organising tables so need to walk around and wait for some to be cleared.
