Review 1：The superior room we booked (for a higher price), is the exact same room they sell as regular... the difference? they leave a bathrobe and a pair of apples, calling that "VIP package"... absolutely ridiculous!

Review 33：The staff of the hotel made all the difference in our stay at LuxFatima. They always went above and beyond what was required. An exampleis the day we arrived we were late for the lunch meal time, but thekitchen staff and waiters (who by the way were among the best I haveever experienced) stayed late in order to prepare and serve lunch justfor us. The hotel desk staff and everyone we interacted with wereexcellent. I would highly recommend the Lux Fatima to anyone!
Review 34：Extremely friendly personnel. We have highly appreciated thefriendliness and help from Paula Santos at the reception. Very goodrestaurant at the premises, although not the cheapest one. Proximity tothe Our Lady Sanctuary. There are a few free parking places at the frontof the hotel.
Review 35：The room cleaning service did not come in mid morning when we were outof the room. They came at around 12.15 while we were freshening up forlunch. We told them we were going out for Lunch at 1pm to do the roomcleaning at that time. However, they they came back at 2.15pm when wecame back and were resting for the afternoon in spite of the Do notDisturb sign. We therefore told them not to bother. We were not happywith the intrusion when we are resting. We were out from 8.30 am to 12noon when the cleaning was not done.That is our only complaint of the hotel. Other hotels do it mid morning when people are out.
