Review 1：Loved the 2 bedroom cabin we booked, clean and comfortable. Ease of access to everything up the main street from the Top10 meant we didn't have to drive.

Review 2：The cabin would be perfect for 4 people but quite cramped for 6. Great shower but very small sink in the bathroom.

Review 3：Very friendly and accomodating staff. Perfect location for the spa pools. Good facilities on site.

Review 8：The space and play area is great when you have tireless children. The hosts are friendly. Much better than we expected from a holiday park. Our first time at Top 10, it will perhaps always be Top 10 in future for NZ :)

Review 9：The oven tray inside oven was dirty. To the point of mould growth. The newly fitted doors had squeaking hinges. Ie woke people at night with toilet calls

Review 10：Having our own self contained unit available.The unit was very cleaned and the surroundings was very tidy. I couldn't have asked for a better accommodation.

Review 11：When you shut the outside door you jam your fingers and nearly impossible to open it again as slides right into door frame, even one of staff that brought us toilet paper jammed his. And people smoking next door but hard to change that.

Review 12：Bouncy pillow was great and our double room with sky TV to watch the rugby and Nespresso machine. Even the go carts look cool that we didn't get round to having a go on.

Review 13：Was very clean and comfortable. Great that it had all sky channels.. Playground an extra bonus for kids.. Nice and warm and will definitely stay again when we return to Hanmer.

Review 14：We stayed in the newly refurbished units which have been redecorated & refitted to an extremely high standard. Inverter microwave, salad & fruit bowls,'dressed' beds, beautifully accessorised with New Zealand themes. Stylish & modern, warm & comfortable. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. Can't wait to visit again. By far the best Top 10 accommodation I have experienced.

Review 15：The owner wasn't very friendly at all. As a single Mum travelling with two young children a warm greeting on a cold winter's night would have been really welcome.

Review 16：Fantastic unit which far surpassed my expectations. Really one of the best motel units I have ever stayed in.

Review 17：We were grumpy about the invasion of workmen into our motel, shifting our belongings and getting in our way when we were trying to get our lunch. We wondered why we were given that motel - the camp was quiet - when the manager must have known workman would need access while we were there. Apparently he came and explained the need for the workmen to enter to my husband who is unwell and didn't feel able to refuse.

We did get a full refund but He seemed to insinuate we had been the source of the problem. Quite poor customer service and rude. I hope the issue was dealt with before anyone else used the accommodation.

Review 27：It was a good location within walking distance of the Main Street. It is uphill to the cafes and restaurants which is ok for most, but we find it difficult.

Review 28：The unit was tiny - felt big as it had high ceilings, but you couldn't swing a cat in it! Fortunately we are not large people, as there was very little space to manoeuvre in the bedrooms.

Review 30：Our only issue was the bedrooms were quite small and we couldn't fit the baby's cot in the spare room and had to squeeze it into our room. Also no storage space for clothes.

Review 34：We stayed in a studio unit. The facilities were well equipped and faultlessly clean! The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and provided extra assistance setting up a rollaway as I had a broken finger. My daughter lived the playground and I loved that the studio had windows that faced it so I could watch her even while unpacking. Air conditioning in the units was a must have so happy to see this.

Review 39：Very tidy, warm rooms. We stayed in a motel studio. Worth the money for one if these! Large showers with different water pressure settings, fully stocked kitchenettes with all cookingware an utensils needed, pots and pans etc. Big flat screen on wall infront of large, very soft bed, with sky channels. Had an air con/heating unit also. Recommended to anyone!

Review 44：I found it quite hard to make the bunk beds with linen, tucking in as mattresses were heavy as good quality, especially the top bunk on your back.I don't know how you would get around that. But the bunks were solid, good quality and the children slept well.

Review 55：Loved the fabulously clean and tidy bathroom and kitchen facilities. There was no chipping paint you so often see in the bathrooms of camping ground style holiday destinations, and the kitchen was pristinely clean. Cabin was warm and comfortable. Perfect!

Review 56：Didn't like hearing what the rooms next door were up to, as walls are to thin, in which we had to keep the TV that low as not to upset next door and we were unable to hear it. And we're able to hear when someone was in there kitchen or bathroom and just talking.

Review 58：A modern clean 2 bedroom unit with white fresh bathroom and kitchen. Warm and comfortable, sky TV. Very good value for money, we usually stay in the cabins but as its mid-winer paid a bit more to get shower and toilet, it was so worth it. These cabins/cottages are better than some motels in Hanmer springs.

Review 59：We liked the location as it was close to the bars/restaurants and hot pools, which was the main reason we came to Hanmer. We also loved the view, so beautiful.

Review 60：One of the staff that I dealt with was pretty blunt, didn't say much - not your usual friendly people that you come across at accommodation spots, there was a lady on the following day and she was much more helpful. Nothing else really bothered me, cabin was perfect.
