Review 1：I would not class this hotel as a 4 star hotel.No lift and had to carry my 2 bags up 2 flights of stairs. Had a bath and could not remove stopper from bath when finished. I used both large towels on night of arrival as need a bath due to long day of travel and next morning for shower and they were not replaced next day, just left with 2 hand towels. Monday night i went to hotel restaurant for dinner and meal was just awful. You could not taste the pork steak it was so salty and then found it was raw in the middle. Complained and got very little joy to be honest and sick the next day as a result. Batteries kept falling out of the TV remote (fixed with tape next day) and velux blind broken.You have to hold shower head over your head when you a have shower. I booked a executive suite at €129 a night which is not cheap for Slovakia. I have stayed in hotels in Slovakia for half that and far superior. I have taken pictures if the owner would like to review, very disappointing.

Review 2：nothing to like. I was there on business but never heard of a SPA Hotel where you come out more stressed and feeling unwell before you went in.
