Review 1：The parking entrance have a very tight corner. Design faulty which look like almost impossible to fix. For the time being, no F&B outlets within walking distance. Might be resolved once Spice Garden operates..

Review 2：It is a new hotel. One of very few hotel where I dont have to request for sarung and prayer mat! Overlooking Spice Garden... Clean bathroom... Comfy bed and pillow... Plenty of power point... Nice breakfast... Complete gym...

Review 3：We only had one meal at the hotel, but the waiting time of 45mins for it was not acceptable, especially as we were initially the only couple present.

Review 9：Arrived at 3 pm plus but still have to wait another 15 mins . Overall is clean but can smell cement in the hotel building . Insufficient toiletries in the bathroom only 1 set of toothbrush . Coffee tea area no replenishment of beverage inside the room .

Review 11：There was intermittent breakdown of electricity for first two consecutive nights (though we appreciated them sending us notice on our first night). On our third night both of us were woken up due to warm temperature of the room. To give them some benefits of doubt, this is a new hotel and something has to be done by the Management to beef up their aircon system. Weird parking route. We had to perform "three point turn" upon reaching the ground level before exiting. Time to put your driver to some real test in Penang. We booked deluxe room but ended up getting only one pair of room slippers and other amenities packets. Called the housekeeping for extra set(s) and they did not turn up until we rang them up on the second time. Didn't know that a deposit payment is needed but future guests please make sure you bring extra cash.

Review 12：Staffs were cheerful and warm and offered to upgrade us to executive double as we "suffered" sleepless nights. We take that as good gesture. It was a good location as it is very near to the popular foodcourt - PISA CORNER and the Malay Nasi Kandar - Nasi Tujuh Benua. And for those who have events around the corner i.e. SPICE, this is certainly a good choice as compared to Eastin Hotel of which the price is on the high side. Nice gym and pretty outlook btw.

Review 16：I loves their shampoo. Suitable with my hair. The modern stylish room and friendly staff. And the room also didn't use carpet. Its suitable for my baby who have ekzema and can't tolerates with any carpet. This hotel also ECO FRIENDLY HOTEL. Love it!!!
