Review 2：Clean place, near restaurants and the center. Parking available and free. Good wifi. Nice staff (they all speak very good english!) and nice breakfast.

Review 7：A cosy little hotel in 5 minutes from the medieval castle in the old town of Cesis. Close to shopping centers. The room is equipped with nice furniture, nice mattresses for sleeping. Wi-fi works without problems. If you are traveling by car do not leave Maza Katrina iela and continue to move on the Liela Katrina iela because only in this way you will reach the parking lot, which is located behind the hotel (note the name plate at the street). The bathroom is also nice. Breakfast is good: there is cereal, sausages, cheese, cottage cheese, vegetables, bread, tea, coffee ... The staff knew Russian and English. Прыемны маленькі гатэль у 5 хвілінах ад сярэдневяковага замку Цэсіса ў Старым горадзе. Паблізу знаходзяцца гандлёвыя цэнтры. Нумар абсталяваны добрай мэбляй, матрасы прыемныя для сна. Без праблем працуе Вай-Фай. Калі едзеце на аўто не з'яджайце на Малую Кацярынінскую вуліцу (Maza Katrina iela), а працягвайце рухацца па Вялікай Кацярынінскай (Liela Katrina iela), бо толькі так трапіце на паркоўку, якая знаходзіцца за гатэлем (звярніце ўвагу на шыльду з назвай гатэля ля дарогі. Ванны пакой таксама добры. Сняданак добры: ёсць хлоп'я, кіўбасы, сыр, тварог, гародніна, хлеб, гарбата, кава... Персанал разумеў рускую і ангельскую мовы. Карацей вельмі добрыя суадносіны цана-якасць.
Review 8：Coffee machine at breakfast consistently malfunctioning; not clear if this was due to the machine or due to fellow travellers pressing too many buttons, but either way an issue. Also, fair warning there are lots of stairs, if that's an issue for you.

Review 24：Excellent customer service as a very late check in was no problem. The hotel was very clean and it was situated right in the old city. Cesis is a beautiful city and this hotel is a great base for strolls in the city. Breakfast was great in my opinion, it had all the essential components that one needs to get the day started. No side noises or disturbances either, so a great location from that perspective too.
Review 25：Hotel was difficult to find. Our gps tried to make me take one-way-streets in the wrong way. Signs pointing towards a hotel were a big help.
Review 26：Room was small, but clean. I loved that the hotel is right in old town, really close to main sights. My 4-year-old was excited about the bunk-bed and they provided a cot for my 2-year-old with proper pillow and duvet. WIFI was best I'd seen in Latvia or Lithuania and we liked the breakfast too!
Review 27：Wi-Fi was unstable. At night in winter it was chilly. The wash basin in the toilet has cold water only. The breakfast was basic, no porridge or scrambled eggs.
Review 28：The room was spacious and clean. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changes every day as well. Location is in the Old Town close to supermarket and central square. Bus and train terminal are 10-15 min walk.
Review 29：When you turn on hot water in the fosset, warm water starts running only in 10 minutes. The water was only warm and not hot. The double bed is actualy two mattrasses with a 3-4 cm gap between them. The sauna door is very hard to close because the handle is broken.

Review 111：We came by car, and looking around I didn't see too many taxis around the city, so I don't know how easy it would be to get to it by bus or train. The mattress was quite uncomfortable - I could feel all the springs. They only had feather doonas/duvets, which me and my mum are allergic to. Luckily they had spare non-feather pillows. They could maybe afford to put the price up a bit and get a few more 'comfort' items like a minibar and towel rails (although I'm realising Latvia doesn't really seem to do towel rails). There was also no fan (the other places we'd stayed in didn't have AC or heating but at least had a fan), it wasn't too much of a problem for us, but if it had been a bit warmer, it might have been.

The location for the sights was great - the castle is only about 5 mins stroll away and there's a nice eating place about 300m down the road (when you first get to the hotel it seems a bit secluded). The wifi worked well
