Review 1：Great location! Quiet, spacious and close to shops & restaurants. Great for a group of friends very comfortable and well appointed. Unfortunately it rained the 3 days we stayed.
Review 2：The bedrooms were very light in the early hours as there were no curtains to block the sun and morning heat.
Review 3：Property was well presented, very welcoming and friendly. Close to town and activities.
Review 4：Only real issue was from the neighbours, also holiday tenants. The temperature was very hot but they were smokers and we were unable to escape the foul smoke either on the deck at front or the area at the rear. Maybe this was the tenants rather than the accomodation, but it certainly did not enhance our stay.

Review 6：There was used soap & used shampoo in the bath, so didn't feel that it was as clean as it should be. We thought that for the price that we should have had some coffee & milk on arrival like in motels, we had to go & buy that ourselves.

Review 21：Very elegant, cozy and tastefully designed. They even cared to call us about a piece of earring that the cleaners found in the bedroom.
Review 22：No tea or coffee provided which we thought was pretty poor considering the nightly rate. The TV was faulty. BBQ not clean. We were in apartment 12 which is down the back overlooking the backwater (we thought it overlooked the main river) which some may like for the peace and quiet but we like to sit and watch people go by, not ducks.

Review 24：The manager is extremely rude, unprofessional & lacks proper interpersonal skills! Made a complaint to the receptionist (who was polite) because the apartment was NOT clean. Was told the manager would be in contact with us - the manager didn't bother. She obviously hasn't had any formal training.

Review 27：The apartment was really well equipped and laid out over 2 floors. An integral garage was very useful with an outside power point and a vacuum which were excellent
Review 28：The red back on the front step - luckily insect spray was provided with the apartment. Cars parking in front of their garages making it difficult to get out of ours. I forgot to mention on check out that a lot of the lights weren't working on the living area (approx. 5 light switches did nothing). Weather not great - didn't get to the beach - see what I did like when the weather was bad.
Review 29：We liked the access to the Bay and able to walk under the bridge for easy access with the kids was great. Lovely area and clean apartments. Friendly staff. Definitely come back. Although weather not great, there were plenty of things to do.
Review 30：The road in and out of the apartments was small and our neighbour's car was always parked across the house and that made it difficult to get into the garage at times. We couldn't find a spatula that wasn't metal.
Review 31：The apartments were comfortable and spacious with easy walking distance for food and activities. The location was a short drive to the beach or other activities such as kayaking. The apartments were decorated nicely and had air condition and ipod docks to help you relax.
Review 32：Set of 12 cutlery and crockery would have made it easier to do one wash. Double bed a little uncomfortable being only single mattress.

Review 34：Cockroaches in kitchen and bedroom Cockroaches have been in toaster - yuck When it rains you get wet when walking to/from the laundry and garage Kitchen needs a pot to cook with. Floors not cleaned enough, We had to vacuum the unit when we settled in.

Review 36：Only downside was no toilet on main living area floor. (2 toilets on top floor and 1 at garage level in laundry) Traveling with 3 elderly people, they found it difficult to have to go up or down stairs to access toilet facilities.
Review 37：Newly renovated modern townhouse. Very clean, great kitchen. Plenty of room to accommodate 5 adults and 1 child. Would definitely stay again.

Review 75：In the second bedroom there were 2 single beds though we booked for 2 couples. Lets say it as it was, it was not romantic!! ;-) Also only one bathroom to share for the 2 bedrooms (No ensuite), and the tiolet was inside the bathroom. Luckily downstrairs was an extra toilet near the laundry. Very narrrow single garage. A bit tight for a 4 wheel drive.

Review 78：apartments had a lovely view of the Clyde River, and close to shops meaning no need for travel by car or even public transport. The apartment was contemporary with a touch of luxury to it. Very clean and well equipped. Very practical layout and one of the most spacious holiday homes I have ever stayed at!
Review 79：No heating (or cooling) available on upper floors, meaning our nights were a bit cold! $500 security deposit is also a bit steep considering it was more than the total cost of our accommodation.
