Review 1：Our family felt comfortable in the unit as it felt very homey. It was clean, well furnished, and very practical (blockout curtains & 2 tv's). We sat around the dining table for our meals, and we liked the use of extra towels for the local Springs. Staff welcome was lovely & informative too.

Review 2：The only thing was a noisy ticking clock which we took off the wall for the night and light coming in through the back door window. Minor inconvenience nothing we couldn't cope with

Review 4：The owner was so friendly when we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. We loved the room, it was spacious and well decorated, the beds super comfy and we would definitely stay again!

Review 5：One night was very hot and the lack of fans and air conditioning made it hard to sleep.

Review 6：Very helpful staff when we added a third person at the last minute. Easy walk to the hot pools and town but not so close to the busy crowds.

Review 7：The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms facilities, linen, furniture, carpet etc was all nice and clean and the rooms were well sound proofed too. Also it was wheelchair accessible which was great as one of our children is disabled and needs a wheelchair sometimes(not wheelchair access to the toilet though, but we hadn't specifically requested it so might be available in another room).

Review 8：The flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and balcony wasn't the most comfortable but with a pair of slip on shoes it was fine! Also the control for the shower is outside of the cubicle, which was a little quirky!

Review 9：Very friendly greeting with great info for the stay. The room was lovely and the view was great. Also very close to the thermal pools and you could walk to the center of town within a few minutes, but it was not so central that it was noisy. Despite a few minor quirks, the place was great and next time I am in the area I would love to stay here again!

Review 10：The piece of fingernail on our floor. We were also unsure how they keep the stone/pebble floor clean and also it was rather hard on your feet.

Review 12：Wall heater broken so we pretty much froze that night. Room too small for 2 suitcases and 2 people., Horrid cheap artworks on the walls. Glass door let bright light in all night from the carpark, so pretty much a sleepless night after and international flight. Shame.

Love the location - only a couple minutes walk into main part of town. Great views of the snow capped mountains. Definitely going to be back!!!

Review 20：The owners were super friendly and accommodating. Even gave us a second unit at no cost to make up for not having split beds in lounge room. This pleased our 83 year old driver who wanted to stay permanently! Despite the short uphill walk to the centre of Hanmer this was a great motel and no issue if you want to drive and park.

We asked if we could use the bbq and not only was that spotless we were given all the utensils,paper towel,oil etc. a lovely tree lined walk to the hot pools which we did did after we arrived and then again at night. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Review 25：Slept on Sofa Bed oppose to 2x Single Beds and found myself scratching for majority of the night. Upon waking in the morning after finally getting to sleep Mum who slept in the room with the double bed mentioned she had the same problem as well. Might pay to look into this to avoid any more issues like this.

Review 27：The accommodation was just wonderful, the staff were extremely helpful and very thoughtful. We had 2 young children and the room was perfect with a wee playground just outside our sliding door. I would undoubtedly stay here again the next time we are in Hanmer.

Review 28：He room was really small and the television was so high up near theceiling and the view quite obscured by the cupboard it sat on top of,there was very limited tv channels and for $150 a night and seeing ithad a rating of 9.3 I expected alot more since I travel the country forwork and have a bit of an idea what to expect. The wind whistled throughthe ill fitting windows and I had to fold up paper to try to stuff inthe latches to make it stop. $120-130 be more appropriate

Liked the close proximity to the centre of town (5 minute walk) and the kitchenette is an added bonus. First 200MB of wifi per guest is free which allows for most needs. Would not hesitate in returning to Hanmer Springs Scenic Views Motel.

They were very accommodating to our needs which we were very appreciative of as we had booked at the last minute. Great family rooms that are clean and comfortable with quality linens and tea coffee etc. Couldn't fault it.

Review 48：The light shone all night from the back door into our room. We found this disturbing but I don't think this was a light we could switch off. There was a lack of glasses apart from one plastic glass in the bathroom. We needed to drink water as it was so hot in Hanmer that day and we prefer to use a real glass.

Review 51：Smart looking small motel with modern decor. A short walk to the main part of town and of course scenic views of the surrounding hills (but across the small car park and across the other wing of the motel). Lady at reception was very friendly and helpful. I would be happy to stay again.

Towels were provided for the thermal pools. The location is great just a short walk from the village. The views from our apartment were lovely. Review 78：Great motel with only a short walk to the town centre. We were in a smaller studio for two with a corner spa in the bathroom. Very relaxing, clean, comfortable and cosy. With a kitchenette it has everything you need if you don't feel like going out for a meal. Staff are very friendly and are there on hand if you need anything at all. Will be back to stay again.

Review 83：Cooking facilities were very awkward - in a corner. Very cold in the bathroom/toilet - no heating, and the disability-access shower meant water too easily splashed around and on cold days took quite a while to dry. Living area could have done with a vacuum each day.
