Review 2：Everything, our room 203, was lovely, spacious & airy The staff couldn't do enough. The breakfast was to die for- really good selection. Very central location,also. I'd definitely return.

Review 3：No a/c, which for us was very tough, because it was a very hot weekend. SPA is a separate company and sauna is free only if you take any treatment (massage, peeling etc.). During weekend it's open since 11 and by 21, which is a little short :)

Review 4：Awesome breakfast, tidy and quiet room, super comfortable bed, perfect bathroom and very helpful personnel. Around 10 minutes walk from the old town. Absolutely loved our stay! Just lack of a/c is surprising for such a hotel..

Review 5：The hotel is now a conference centre with no regard for hotel guests. When I asked for a drink I was told there are no seats!! The only available seating area was a settee in the entrance foyer. Not the best!!! The heritage feel and ambiance have gone!!!!!!!!

Review 10：I was only there one night; I got it on booking.com for a very decent rate (though it's hard as an American to find a bad rate in Poland). It was super clean, albeit very warm. It's early August and Europe doesn't do A/C, BUT you can open the window! Actually, really, truly, OPEN the window. I also checked in late - 11:30pm with no problem. The breakfast had so many options. To many. If I hadn't needed to rush out early, I would have tried to try everything (except maybe the herring).

Review 11：They had problems with there card encoder, so they always sent a staff member to open the door to your room for you. But they said they were working on it.

Review 40：The location was terrfic - a short (6zl) taxi ride from the train station and a pleasant 10 minute stroll from the hotel to the old town of Olsztyn. The hotel is superb. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and well equipped - very comfortable bed and quick Wifi. Breakfast was a joy with a huge variety of food available. Can't fault it!

Review 45：Super helpfull staff. Perfect breakfast. We have read some review about the fact that food was like leftovers after a wedding ball. That review was nonsence. The breakfast had exceptional variety and was really tasty. Room was spacious, very clean and esthetic.There is a possibility that we will visit again :). There was no aircon, however there was clearly stated wicth rooms has aircon and wicth doesnt, so no complaints there.
