Review 1：Bathroom was a bit dated. Swimming pool and sunbeds were not overly clean. Restaurant next door (unsure as to whether you're connected to them) was overpriced and needed a new carpet - bit musty and sticky!

Review 2：Payment not required until we had actually booked in. Location was excellent. Rooms were clean. Well maintained. Fridge and dishes were clean and stocked with milk and 'free water' - nice touch! Parking facilities were very accessible. Loved barbeque facilities. Cleaned when requested and cutlery etc was always available. Thank you for that we had a lovely time in that gazebo!

Review 3：No fly doors so woke up with mozzy bites, it was also very cold throughout the night even with extra blankets. Man on the front desk wasn't very friendly. A little overpriced for what you are getting.

Review 5：The location is next to the shops in Montville and to a restaurant which means we can park the car and walk. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the beautiful rain forest.

Review 6：Beautiful place. Very clean, comfortable beds and room size and a perfect location in the picturesque village of Montville. Just walk across the street for panoramic views of the Sunshine Coast hinterland), as well as restaurants and the village shops. I did alot of research and am glad I found this property due to the location. Even though it is on Main Street in Montville, it is quiet and peaceful with shopping and restaurants within a two minute walk. You can walk to the Uniting Church in only a few minutes. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Review 7：Daily leaf blowing commencing at around 8am. Only a minor inconvenience later on when trying to get young son to sleep.

Review 9：A tired property with tired staff. The bathroom needs updating. Having to dodge the cleaning thing in the pool was annoying and was not convinced that it was as clean as it could be.

Review 19：I think for the $160 I paid I expected a more up to date and newer facilities. For the one night I stayed it was nice, but would stay somewhere different for longer trips as the rooms were a bit drab for the cost.

Review 27：A comfortable, spacious room with 3 beds (Very hard to get),a microwave, frig, jug and toaster and crockery. This made our stay comfortable and more affordable. The setting was very pleasant and convenient to walk to shops and cafes. Not the cheapest ($175 pn) but good value for this area and the mid-week 3 day package saves $75 if you've got the time. There is also an extensive menu for Breakfast and other meals at the nearby restaurant/s. Weekends are very hard to book because of Weddings in the area.,

Review 28：Didn't cater for 4 guest, ran out of milk twice as they didn't supply enough, then didn't replenish the second time. Had to ask for more toilet paper as we ran out (and wasn't replenished) as we only given one new roll for 4 people staying 3 night. Was given 2 bottle of water "free" for 4 guests. The queen bed was a bit uncomfortable, made both our backs ache. The curtain lacked privacy, if you had it opened people could look straight in (and they did many times) or if you kept it shut it was so dark that you need lights on. Needed another thinner curtain behind bigger one to solve the problem from occurring.

Views are to die for and air is crisp and clean. We often visit for a weekend break as its close enough and far enough. Perfect weekend away.

Had to use the small kettle from the room to clean it off, which made me late for an appointment. There should have been a hose there for use. Better still, find alternative parking spots for those units. I would not stay in any of those units again.

Generous wifi included - 1.5GB. Very reasonable prices. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle and bar fridge. We stayed in a rear room which was very quiet. Restaurant was equally accommodating with vegetarian options and Guinness on tap!

The older as an older type in the wall at the end of the room, that made noise as its fan struggled to circulate the warm air.

Next to hotel restaurant that did a good meal at reasonable cost and has a cosy feel to it. WiFi is helpful - easy to connect, strong connection. Late check out was given readily.

Review 83：The motel was very basic in facilities. Only one towel each and no hand towel. Only two coffee cups and the glasses were very small. There was virtually nothing else in the kitchen apart from the kettle. The bed was soft and not very comfortable. The air condition was old and noisy.

Review 84：The room was at the back facing the garden and was very quiet. The pool area was lovely and the best feature of the property. When requested we were promptly supplied with extra towels and that was most appreciated as we used the pool at the end of our days there.

Very helpful manager, Lyle, who has been in this industry for many years. Excellent location in quaint Montville, and better value staying here than in nearby Maleny. Highly recommended.

Review 120：You could tell the room used to have a microwave but that it had been removed. Not sure why, but it didn't really matter - you wouldn't want to eat in your room with all the gorgeous cafes / restaurants / eateries in the area anyway. We gave the pool a bit of a clean before we used it - but it seemed we were the only ones using it anyway. Very lush.

Review 126：We needed to use the internet and didn't get a code for the advertised free Wifi upon check-in. Not a big deal, but by the time I realised, reception was closed so we couldn't use it. When I mentioned this to the manager his response was not terribly friendly or accommodating. He just said, they didn't give it out to everyone. Like I said, not a big drama.

Review 127：The location is fantastic - right at the top end of Montville, so an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are nice, thought a little dark, I suppose. Main road location was quiet.
