Review 1：During check-in, the staff gave wrong information of the number of room booked. After firm confirmation from the visitor, the staff realized that they gave wrong information.Working staff need to clear about the customer booking and provide accurate information. The TV reception is poor and need to be rectified.

Review 3：It's bad that it's next to a Karaoke lounge and the people sang til 2am in the morning~ the staff/housekeeping started working early in the morning with loud noise which could be heard clearly in the room~
