Review 1：Since we left things on the bathroom sink, it seemed that the maid did not clean it properly.
Review 2：Great location with airport limousine stop right in front. Not far from subway and shopping area. The room though very simple, it has everything we needed and is spacious.
Review 3：The room door can not lock. If we never check then my door is always unlock. It's dangerous for females. But the repairman come to fix it very quickly. That make me feel respectful. I'll choose here again when I go to korea next time.

Review 12：Staffs were friendly and helpful. They helped to call and book tours for us. Airport bus stop is right outside the hotel so we could save money by taking limousine bus rather than taxi. Subway stations are within walking distance. One of them is an interchange station for 3 lines! Affordable shopping market streets, upscale shopping centres and midnight shopping very close too. There is also a 24h convenience store connected to the hotel. Family suite has a stove for cooking. Cooking pot and utensils provided. Laundry can be done at 3 levels, each equipped with a tumbling washing machine, a dryer and ironing set. All for just 2500 won. Lastly, there is also an weighing machine for luggage at the lobby. That makes it convenient for travellers concerned about baggage weight for flight. Haha! Overall, it's value for money. Will definitely stay there again if I'm going to seoul.

The male trainee is willing to help but the two senior female staff are just black face and blame that guy and stop him for helping. I will not chosen this hotel again because their staff's impolite maner, and they are not able to let guest to check in even is just little bit earlier. Not a good hotel and I will definetely not choose this hotel again!

Review 54：The kitchen stove has been made in operable - why wasn't this mentioned in the add? We bought some food for dinner, to realise that the hob had a permanent cover of it. He had to waste the food. The bed was very very uncomfortable. The blanket provided was way too heavy a tog for the temperature of the room. Pillows were rubbish too.

Review 61：We have been staying here for many times. It's the location, spaciousness and comfort that keep us coming back. It's close to shopping area, subway and aorport bus. The decor might not be much (feel more like a dorm) but, it's comfortable enough.

Review 63：I did not like the breakfast. I don't think it was worth the priceconsidering what a great buffet breakfast I had at Acacia for only a fewextra thousand wons. I bought 4 breakfast tickets, used 2 and wasdisappointed at the food so I asked the staff if I could get a refundfor the other 2 which I hadn't used but they refused to do so. Ithink that was the one turn-off about Western Co-op, other than that theplace was perfect for my frequent business trips to Dongdaemun. Oh, andone more thing. The water heater was real confusing, perhaps they canmake better signs or inform residents at check in. I was confused sincethe water heater and ac heater was the same control so when I turned ofthe heater, I ended up freezing in the shower for 10 minutes.
Review 64：I liked the lighting, pricing and space over Acacia Hotel nearby.It's location is also very nice since there is an airport limo busstop right in front of it, it's also within short walking distanceto the police station, hospital and Dongdaemun wholesale district.Location is great and the room is like a small studio, it's goteverything and bedding is separated from the desks so one could sleep inpeace while the other works. I liked that they offered free wi-fi.
