Review 1：room not cleaned for 2 days despite the reminders to do so at reception two broken lights which were not replaced despite several requests to do so

Review 3：The breakfast was very poor and low quality The cleaning ladies came to the room without knocking on the door and. Parking costs 15 euros/day. If you need your car in between, the price can go up to 30 euros/day also.

Had to pay extra for thebaby bed and it was not mentioned in the reservation confirmation.Even though, I had made reservation for 2 adults and one baby.Instead of 138.5euro as per our reservation we paid 172euro!!! Forone night. Breakfast buffet was poor quality. Certainly not 4 star.The room was too cold. Cold air was leaking through the windows. Theservice was poor. There was only one soap bar which was used!!! Oneof the two pillows on the bed was smelly. Seemed as if they did notreplace the pillow cover. The shower hook was broken and could nothave a proper shower.

Review 9：no availability to parking , you have option of a near by parking but this add to price another 15euro /day. Wifi signal very week. Breakfast as far as i am concerned was poor in quality of items. I had to go and eat breakfast outside to pay and have something worth it.

Review 48：I asked for a room with nice window view, high floor, and I had a wonderful landscape over old Delft, from the eighth floor. The staff offered all information, they have also bus tickets. Moreover, all musical artifacts (old instruments) create a warm and familiar atmosphere.

Review 49：Even though there is a large private area to park it is reserved to tour buses and I had only few minutes to download by myself (no doorman or valet) the luggage and brig the car to a garage. The reception is run by one person only and the check in is very slow. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant of the Hotel, big mistake. We were told that they were very busy and we could have a reservation only at 8:30pm, we arrived on time, and there were three waiters serving about twelve people. We ordered from the menu and waited about 15/20 minutes for the appetizers, than the caos. Other tables were waiting for the desserts, others the bill and us the main course. All the waiters were in the kitchen chatting with the cook and another person. My wife had ordered an hamburger. It arrived after 1 hour. It was a piece of patte without bun. She tried to have one of the staff to came to the table, no success therefore she got u and went personally to the kitchen. Everybody was chatting, several orders where under the lamps and the cook and others where having a beer. Finally she got the bread, where not for hamburger and by now the meat was cold. Other guests were also complaining without any results. We got up and left followed by others. I asked at the front desk to speak to the manager it was 9:30 and he had left and only the night employee was there. In the morning when I ask to speak to the manager a young lady took me in a corner and listen to my comments. She was not very concerned and looked like it was a routine event. I am surprise of the high score that you give to this hotel!

Review 50：Very little. The hotel is mainly used for bus groups and the parking lot was always occupied by 6/8 tour busses. Of the 12+ Hotels in which we stayed during our tour of Denmark; Belgium and Holland, this was the less pleasant experience.
