Review 1：Coffee/tea cups as well as two glasses in the room were dusty. They were placed together with coffee/tea/sugar sachets in a tray, the tray itself was also dusty. As if they clean the whole room, but not the kitchen items.

Review 8：Room and hallway decor is a bit older than the lobby and public areas. It was ok but the hallway was not too clean and the housekeeping staff were a bit noisy in the morning. The rooms on the front get a lot of traffic noise. Rooms at the back overlook the sea and should be quieter.
Review 9：Convenient location with parking a couple of minutes from the park city mall and 5 minutes from the town centre. Easy to get to. Spacious modern rooms.
Review 10：The apartment location is excellent - easy access to Bintulu old town and very near to Parkcity gateway. Apartment is nice and clean, friendly staff and atmosphere.
Review 11：1.no swimming pool 2.fitness center is severely lacking in equipment - only one mediocre dumbbell, and you can't even change the weight. same goes to the barbell. 3. breakfast buffet choice is very limited, and don't taste that great either 4. no shops nearby - they have a shuttle to the nearest shopping area - but there's surcharge , I've never been to a hotel with 'shuttle' service that you have to pay. And they didn't mentioned it earlier to me.
Review 12：first and foremost, it's a very clean and neat hotel. The studio apartment room where I stayed was spacious, the kitchen is adequately equipped. Safety is top notch. From parking to the floor access as well as your room access - all required one single smart card. oh did I mentioned free-of-charge self-service laundry? that's a win for sure

Review 41：Some parts of the room need renovations as bathroom door frames seem to be peeling off. Didn't have a wash basin in the dry kitchen and the wash basin in the bathroom is really small and crammed. Bathroom a bit small as well.
Review 42：A fridge big enough to temporary store items that need refrigeration during transit. Room is also spacious and quite clean. The restaurant staffs were quite accommodating though the buffet spread was very minimal.

Review 47：No spare sockets to charge mobile phones. Bedside table lamps fittedwith two pin plugs so we had to poke a pen in the the third hole of thesocket to plug the lamp in. Very bad/ dangerous practice. No armchair in room to sit and relax on. Bed too hard. Dreadful noise frompassing traffic at night and building work during the day.
