Review 1：Just some maintenance upkeep needs to be addressed, bed broken and a dresser draw, walls and blinds with distinctive handprints of children, one blind had a lolly stuck to it. The pool area be great if had some shading. Hard to get washing done when housekeeping laundry uses the same laundry.

Review 2：The convenience and price, the owner was super lovely and accommodating, just a pity our room needed alot of attention as mentioned.

Review 3：The room was old and dirty. Small flies everywhere, especially at the lamp. Old food rests on the floor in the kitchen area. All dishes were dirty and we had to wash them before use. The bed was very old and uncomfortable. The windows have not been opened forever and the door to the balcony did not even work. Spider webs and dust in all corners and at the window sills. The aircon was in the living area and it did not blow any air in the direction of the bedroom. It was awfully hot in there. The towels were smelly and the bathroom dirty and very old. All in all it was terrible and we were happy to leave the next morning.

Review 20：We stay here whenever we have business in Geraldton which is 2 to 3 times each year. The rooms are always nice and clean. The staff are very friendly. Even the cleaner thanks us for staying and wished us a safe trip home when we checked out. The location is fantastic. The lodge was full this time so we were lucky to get in.

Had to plug into one behind fridge. (We bought an electric board and extension cord to suit us!) Also microwave door couldn't be opened fully because it caught in top of fridge- easily solved by putting a board under the m/w to raise it.

Review 41：Friendly staff, close to beach location. We had a quiet room more towards the back away from the Brand Highway which was just right for us. Good laundry facilities, stove, m'wave,etc. pool, comfortable beds, crockery, cutlery.

Review 42：We must have drawn the " short straw" in the unit draw. Our room needed a good spruce up and a good clean. Eg. The kitchen window hadn't been cleaned for months if ever.

Nohot water in our apt. These are all long term faults that did not happenovernight, so I think they give them out to "one nighters".

Review 71：Poor first impression.Worn carpets and lino flooring. One chair for the table had a hole in the middle. Paint scheme in the apartment was very old fashioned and dull. Shower curtain stained and old. Air conditioning unit so noisy it was impossible to run it and sleep. Traffic noise from trucks during the night.

Swimming pool looked clean but had no shade. The newer brick units looked more modern and were further away from the road noise. Most of them were for couples as far as I could tell.
