Review 1：Included breakfast was lacking in fresh fruits. Hotel seemed dated and due for renovation. Nothing close by as far as shopping/dining.

Review 24：I didn't like the fact that I paid full price (RM300)for a room with no good view and I didn't know there was an interesting riverside walkway on the other side where I could have had a nice walk in the evening if I'd know about it and noone at the office told me it was there. Noone told me there was a pool either so I missed out on that too. The room was small,unattractive and not worth the money I dished out (Soo much money for me even though I am a foreigner working in Kuching).

Review 46：1. The latch on my door was spoilt and I informed the front desk in the morning and when I got back in the evening, it still was not fixed. I would presume the lady at the front desk forgot although I saw her writing it down. Being a solo traveller, safety while I am asleep in my room is a concern.

The pool is quite attractive and it would have been nice to lounge by it BUT there was 1 lounger and maybe 4 chairs scattered randomly around the tiled pool surrounds…very strange. Surely someone one the staff noticed and thought…mmm…maybe we need to some outdoor furniture for the pool area??

Review 52：This is a very good hotel in quite a god position. At tee back of the hotel there is promanade where you can walk into the city. Across the road from the hotel is a mall and shopping area.

To woo morecustomers the hotel need to review the prices of rooms. I stayed atBalcony suite ,was given token for two person for breakfast I too took adeluxe room for my local friend and was catered for only one. Maybe withthe price customers are paying for the room the hotel should review itpolicy on free breakfast.
