Review 1：Early season. Hotel was not prepared for guests.no beer on arrival, no coke and no orange juice for breakfast.

Review 15：One room was very cold, heating did not work properly in this room. Tvdid not work. Jacuzzi was dirty and we could not use it. Wifi wasnormally available only near the check-in desk, but not abovestairs.

Review 18：We were the only ones in the hotel! We managed to get off at the wrong train station in the middle of nowhere and the hotel organized a taxi to get us back to the hotel safely! They made us tea when we arrived frozen and offered us free use of the sauna. The hotel is less than 10 mins form the ski slope and 10 mins from the supermarket. It a 15 minute walk to the town centre. It was a really fun break with walks in the forest and very good value skiing. The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast prepared just for us was great. Thank you soooo much!!
