Review 1：I eat breakfast on last morning in the Sim Du restaurant. I got there at 9:20 and they were open until 11:00. The buffet was low to no food, items in the containers have been setting for awhile, nothing was fresh or stirred in the containers. One of the staff walked by me several times before asking me if I wanted to be seated, and there was only one table being use, others were empty. No glasses for getting your drinks, I asked for a glass and it was difficult for them to find one. I left without eating, worse setup I've seen in years of business traveling. I asked for the manger and he was available as I checked out and was aware of the issue. At least he took the time to talk with me and compensated me some for my poor service at breakfast. I'll stay there again for the hotel room and location, but I'll eat breakfast somewhere else.

Review 2：The staff was excellent. Helped with any items I needed and were very pleasent.

Review 3：No central control temperature to room, have instead house aircondition. Walls in my room were dirty, shower mixer not proper maintaining hot cold water , nearly burnt my self. Reception service with respect invoicing is too slow., no mini bar in room , so if you get thirsty during night you need to deal with it.

Review 4：Location is good as free parking is available and at same time close to town within 10-15 minutes walk. Next to hotel there is a perfect park for walking running. Chinese restaurant is ok

Review 7：The public transportation accessibility is not as much as good I think before. The park near hotel is very beautiful. No grocery shop is near the hotel.

Review 8：The room was reasonably clean, but some attention to detail was lacking, e.g. glass shelves and drinking glasses above kettle were very dusty. Iron and ironing board needs replacing.

Review 9：Spacious room, very comfortable bed, most of the staff very friendly and helpful, especially Chris from froth desk. Location is on the outskirts of Delft, near the highway, but it is only a 10 min bike ride to the centre.

Review 11：The room was clean and met all my basic need, except the fact that there was no electrical extension socket to enable me charge my laptop and phone. All sockets in the room were customized with a round port. The Chinese restaurant was fantastic besides the fact that there was no Chinese wine either in the restaurant nor in the entire hotel. I had to settle for a Chinese beer, which was also great. The front desk and hotel staff were very personable and always had a smile on their faces. Great neighborhood not too far from Delf Uni, provides the perfect ambience for a family get-away. Will sure visit again, but this time I hope there will at least one Chinese wine even if it's the Great Wall...

Review 12：The hotel is situated outside of Delft which makes travel a little difficult late at night.

Review 13：The Shangai hotel was a good quality 4 star hotel with large rooms and all the necessary amenities. It is not too far from a bus stop with a service that runs relatively late (until about 02:00am). Check-in was fast and requests were addressed quickly and efficiently.

Review 16：Half hour walk to Delft centrum but this is along footpaths to cross under the motorway and then a pleasant stroll along the river or through pretty streets. A small price to pay for the benefits of on site free parking as we had a vintage car that we didn't want to park on the streets.

We booked for one price, but paid another at checkout with the argument of, its like flight seats, they go up and down!! If thats 4 star standard in the Netherlands, then book 2 stars and get pay less for the same!

Review 30：Horrible bed, rock hard and lumpy. Room was too cold despite putting radiator on full. The room is an awkward L shape with the desk stuck in a corner. Overall the furniture is way too big for the small room so you barely have space to move around. I got a special rate of EUR79 plus tax, not including breakfast. This was an OK price for the room but at the usual higher rates I think it is overpriced.

Review 46：Breakfast is served from 7 until 10AM. This is not a suitable timetable, especially during the weekends. It should be extended at least until 10:30. Bathtub is a big small, and the buffet of the breakfast is not at the level of a four-star hotel. Only the Chinese flag was raised. Only newspaper in Chinese were available.
