Review 2：Huge apartment with a feel of luxury at very reasonable price. Free and endless supply of pool towels was great! Walking distance to shops restaurants and the pools. Loved it!

Review 4：Loved this place. Instantly felt at home. Comfy everything - couches, beds etc. great modern kitchen and bifold doors that opened up from the lounge. Not much of a patio area, but when you're lying on a couch looking at the same outlook there's not much need! I only wish it had been snowing so we could have turned on the gas fire and hunkered down. Made me want to come back in winter when I could do just that.

Review 13：The condo was new, stylishly furnished, fully equipped and close to all amenities. It had everything we could possibly need and then some! The managers were amazing - ensuring our stay was perfect!

Review 17：Very comfortable open plan living and kitchen area. Bedrooms a good size with shared bathroom and an extra loo. Easy walking to hot pools and town. Only negative was very soft beds. I mentioned this to management and they assured me that this could be dealt with. Altogether a very nice place to stay and I would deffinately stay again if beds could be sorted.

Review 18：The rooms were very clean and modern with lovely furnishings. It was in walking distance to the centre of town. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Review 21：This was our first time to visit Hanmer - the Apartments were perfectly located, within an easy walk to pretty much everything in town. We (4 of us) were in a 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment. It was very nicely equipped, clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay again!

Review 22：We had a great 2 night stay with our two children aged 7 and 9. The location is perfect and the apartment was lovely with everything we needed plus a few extras plus the service was friendly and helpful.

Review 26：90mins from Christchurch, surrounded by beauty and a 5min walk from bars, restaurants and cafes, this accomodation proved ideal for our family, with the second bedroom allowing the bedtime routine to be maintained and all present to get a superb sleep. great design and execution.

Review 27：Very noisy bathroom fans that took ages to go off once lights were off.We were given the disabled unit that did not have a bath that would have been nice to know before hand.

Review 28：Comfy beds and plenty of space.Situated well for the evening sun on the deck.Well appointed kitchen .Good location close to the township.Has a pile of towels to use if you want to go to the pools which is a nice touch.

Review 29：It was more expensive than we would normally pay but you got a lot of accommodation for your money so if 5 star is your 'normal' type of place to stay I would say it is very good value. Minor gripes would be that considering the massive size of the rooms that the lounge TV was a bit small. Also bathroom timer fans were noisy and I would suggest an electrician to install new ones. Another minor gripe that is not the Villages Lakes issue, would be that the owners of the lake (Heritage hotel I think) next door could invest in cleaning up the algae in the Lake.

Review 30：The accommodation was lovely, very comfortable beds with feather mattresses and duvets,bubble jet bath, 2 bathrooms with full showers and three bedrooms for our 2 kids to each have their own room.(and bathroom) Also a full kitchen so we could cook our own meals. We stayed in unit 2 which we would recommend as the best unit, its on the ground floor with 2 outside french doors to a lovely deck area overlooking the man made lake. It gets all day sun and if we didn't open the doors would have been very hot but lovely all the same. Kids fed ducks and ducklings and enjoyed the view whilst we had coffees and wine overlooking the small lake.

Review 63：Warm welcome, spacious and very well appointed Rutherford suite. Particularly appreciated the very efficient fire which quickly warmed up the whole apartment after arriving on an unexpectedly cold Feb night! Very well equipped kitchen and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. Second stay here and highly recommended.

Review 65：It is hard to describe the 3 bedroom apartment. As nice as anywhere I have ever stayed. From the Gas Heater with Flame effects, to the en suited 3rd Bedroom, to the heated stone tiles in the bathrooms. Everything in this hotel screams Luxury. Our only regret was not staying longer in Hanmer Springs!!
