Review 1：No bad experience on this stay.

Review 2：Location close to the subway and accessible to Airport bus to and from Incheon Airport. Hotel room is older design but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is o.k. but a little bit expensive.

Review 3：needs renovation - old-fashion look. I guess it was nice and convenient many years ago. Sld learn from the Ramada in Suwon City where the staff smiles and the happy hour is very well organized

Review 4：No early check in possible! But in booking.com it stated early check in is available so I had to wait till 2pm and in the lobby they don't have comfortable sofas and is pretty simple lobby.

Review 5：At first, we were not given soap but later on we were provided with complete toiletries. Despite being a "genius" and eligible for late check out per Booking.com, we were pressured to check out by front desk hotel staff who called us in our room. Moreover, it was too warm in the room thus making us sweat and uncomfortable. When we asked if the front desk personnel could lend us a weighing scale for our luggage, the male desk staff said they did not have a scale while the female staff said as long as weighing is used at the lobby, it is all right. Conflicting views.

Review 6：Fairly close to the Coex area where we held the conference, spacious room and comfortable bed, free bottled water and tea plus the airport shuttle bus was right in front of the hotel. Quite reasonable and affordable. Generally friendly staff.

Review 7：I did my checkout without any problem and I asked if everything was perfect and the Ramada Seoul's staff said yes. However, a day after my checkout when I went back to my resident country, one person called to me and told that he works in Ramada Seoul hotel and I need to pay another money because that was not take into account. Then, my bank send a email that one person of Ramada Seoul hotel try to use my international card without my permission. After three days was the same story, he called me and the bank send two emails about one person in Ramada Seoul Hotel try to use two times my international card with different amount of money. I don't know what is the problem and I disagree that Ramada Seoul hotel allows the use of my personal information.

Review 8：I got first a room that was not cleaned, than a room that was dirty, than an upgrade, but still dusty and dirty windows. The breakfast was very limited, no fresh fruits, industrial bread.

Review 10：At least have few windows made available to air the room if the hotel does not want to spend of air-conditioned the room. 24'C is not air-cond. The art-frame was dusty and the carpet was dirty. Check out under the bed...

Review 12：The towels were totally grey and like sandpaper. I asked for a replacement and the new comers were more or less the same. Dirty spoon in the room, dust all around.. disappointing.

Review 13：a decent hotel in Seoul. A little expensive but not much as per Seoul standards. Near the COEX and it makes sense to stay here if you are visting COEX (use taxi and in 3 dollars and 3 minutes, you will arrive at COEX).

Review 14：Beds were really hard, but this may just be a Korean thing. Room maid was sometimes reluctant to refill freebies such as coffee and water. Level of room cleaning differed from day to day - not always good. Accused us of using chargables that we did not use (though didn't pay in the end).

Review 18：Considering the money I was paying, I would expect better. The shower hold was broken. Room service did not clean the room properly every day: thrash can full, no shampoo, no coffee. The worst part was that I had to fix the wifi router myself that was not working. Electric sockets were also flimsy and some did not work. Bed was likely the worst I have slept on and my legs were dangling outside (189cm). Also, it is very far away from any hotspots in town, regardless of the good subway connections. If you're in town for a conference at COEX, this is OK, but shop for a better deal as this hotel does not deliver for the price they're asking. I'm baffled by how they fail to provide basic amenities considering the hotel is at worst mid-range in the area.

Review 19：I have to give huge props for the staff who were exceptional, and spoke near perfect English. The location is convenient in many ways: right next to a subway station, drop-off and pick up point for shuttle bus from Incheon airport and walking distance from COEX (in case you're in town for a convention/conference).

Review 20：Stayed in "executive" room..Breakfast was poor and restaurant didn't serve food after 2pm? The staff hosting you at restaurant entrance seemed quite disorganised and never anyone at the bar. I will be staying at intercontinental for my next Seoul trip. Also air con didn't work and room was extremely warm had to open window. Bathroom was dirty. Whole hotel needs an overhaul.

Service station ( where coffee pots and mugs are) covered with dust. Pillowcases were stained with man's short hair. It's old dilapidated, outdated carpets with dark depressing lobby and hall way with dim lights. I would rate it as 2 stars hotel with 4 stars rate. Pretty bad. I would love to send some pictures.

Review 62：Unfortunately the room and bathroom were not clean when we arrived. This was not a good welcome! The sinks, toilets and counter areas in our two rooms needed a thorough cleaning and the shower curtain was rusted and should have been replaced. Carpet needed a good vacuuming and coffee cups and spoons were dirty in both rooms. After we complained ( we are not complainers as a rule) there was very little change for the remainder of our 5 night stay. Too bad as this would be an easy problem to fix.

Review 63：Convenient location next to a subway stop. The reception staff was welcoming and helpful. The air conditioning was quiet and a good temperature. The fitness facilities were good and spa (men only, unfortunately) was apparently excellent.
