Review 1：The accommodation was filthy. Within minutes of arriving, our feet were black from dirt and filth. The floors were hideous.
Review 2：Air-con was great, so too was king size bed and shower.
Review 3：The swimming pool area need to be cleaned up more often for comfort of use.
Review 4：The location is great and very convenient for travelers. Accommodation is comfortable and comes with kitchen facilities for self cooked meals. Clean apartment and quiet place to stay.
Review 5：Aircon upstairs in bedroom poor but staff did everything they could to accommodate us and make us more comfortable. They also had someone working on it straight away next morning.

Review 7：The "Royal Palms Resort" is now so completely separated from the "Ship Hotel" by the new huge new "Dan Murphy's" Liquor Barn as to have no clear identity of its own. The only car parking, is shared with the Ship Hotel corner Pub and also with the busy Dan Murphy's liquor megastore with it's main signage wall facing the rooms. The only reception for the Royal Palms Resort is in the main bar of the Ship corner "Pub" but there is nothing to say it is in there and no clear signage once you are at the counter. In fact, all the advertised "Facilities" except for the swimming pool are actually part of the "Ship Hotel". Like so many places in this area, I felt less like a guest and more like a short term apartment renter.
Review 8：Friendly cheerful staff, (once you can find them). and great value for money. A central location, and our room was nice and quiet. Such a great place to stay, but why keep it a secret?
Review 9：A few teething problems, as it had only reopened that day, but all fixed promptly.

Review 13：Arrived for our late check in at 12:15AM, no staff or access to a room so called an emergency number, staff member arrived at 1:11AM to let us in, no discount or free breakfast or anything offered by their fault, just thought there might be more than a "sorry there wasn't a note left for late check in" after waiting an hour to be let in as if we weren't tired enough.
Review 14：Located in a perfect spot with everything near by, nice small apartment.
Review 15：We got woken up by the light (the blinds were useless) and the noisy traffic and neighbours. Plus our kettle was full of white flakes.

Review 17：overwhelming musty odor permeated the apartment. The water from the kitchen tap smelt like bore water (we had to buy bottled water!). Terrible bed, cheap mattress and the bed creaked every time we moved. The tiniest bathroom I've ever seen! Accommodation is on a main road so listened to traffic all night. We payed for three nights but was so terrible we left after two.
Review 18：Bed sheets stained on initial inspection, Couch was made into a bed when we did not request it. Signage at street level not obvious for the motel section.

Review 20：I don't like the hotel didn't give me the shower gel but my friend in the other room got it. I don't like insulation of the partition. I can hear footsteps of my next door walking up & down the stairs & kids running around.

Review 22：Booked for 3 people, 1 adult and two older children, I was expecting suitable bedding for three, I had a double bed which was good, a fold out bed with no bedding and a portable bed that had faulty springs and mattress. My older children ended up sleeping on the floor. Staff weren't that interested in addressing the issue the morning after. Left very dissatisfied!!

Review 24：We paid $35 for internet access and could not get any. No one seemed to know how to help us. It was very small and crowded out with all our stuff, but I was told they were in the process of organising renovations. Which sounded great.
Review 25：There was a fantastic guy called Steve who was friendly and looked after us and our son. The bar & restaurant staff were also friendly and made the atmosphere great. A good, convenient spot to stay.

Review 45：There was quite a lot of spider webs on the balcony, but were cleaned away quickly once we brought it up with reception. A few webs within the house as well, only fault with the entire stay and it wasnt a major fault, just need to make sure rooms are cleaned properly.

Tricky to come in wet and negotiate upstairs to bathroom without soaking the whole unit. Bathroom did seem unusually small. Constant smoking in next door units made it impossible for us to open the windows.
Review 56：Totally central location. Good sized unit. 2 televisions. Pool was small but clean and very welcome. Fantastic kitchen appliances, particularly the oven. Large enough for 3 people not to feel on top of each other. Grateful for the airer and washing machine. Huge shower. Loads of clean towels. Great value for money.
Review 57：Unlucky unit 13? Washing machine didnt work, but we got keys to other flats to borrow other machines. Had to ask for drying rack, and towels for 3 ppl. Worn down extra bed. Water damage on door, due to garden sprinklers hitting it every night. Very small bathroom. Good for kids, not so much for adult getaway. ;)
Review 58：Ok location. 10 min walk to shops and beach. But town is set up for driving really. Ok flat for 2 ppl. 3 adults gets cramped. Good facilities, if everything works... Nice and helpful staff though! Got us everything we asked for.

We were near the road down the back and there were screaming/singing/music blasting drunk people across the road from us until very very late into the night - it sounded like there was a window or door open because they were so loud. Luckily we were so exhausted from a very long day, we would have probably slept through anything.

Review 75：My partner and I were staying in Busselton for a 21st. We decided to stay at a hotel rather than at the house where the party was held to be able to escape the chaos. Royal Palms provided us with that escape route. It was close enough to the party though very quiet, clean and cozy. Thank you so much we had an amazing time. We hope to visit again soon.
Review 76：No breakfast available, the balcony and view we got was not the same in the photos we got put in a room where the balcony overlooked the roof of the pub and not the pool area not a nice view at all was very disappointing, asked for the room to be cleaned the first day we headed out only to return with new sheets and towels folded up and dumped in the corner (they didn't even make up the beds or put away the fold out bed)
Review 77：Good location and easy to find right off the main road in town, rooms are nice modern looking and very tidy, secure pool area close by, playground for the kids in the beer garden where you can have a drink and still see them and plenty of parking available.
