Review 1：The room is smaller than what it appeared in photographs.

Review 2：The location fits my location requirements. Cleanliness superb. Good bedding - firm mattress and thick pillows. Good accommodation if you don't spend a lot of time in the room.

Review 3：Non smoking rules. Its totally unacceptable when we lost our deposit because of the smoke. Since the staff didn't advice us what will be the fine if guest broke the rules. Do not simply assume guest will read all the notice. Staff should advice about that included the deposit. Not simply burn the deposit when guest check out. I never had this kind of situation. I went to hotel with non smoking, but the management still can be tolerate. At least fine half from the deposit. Not all. People came from KL to having a fun holiday. Tq

Review 5：Only one key for the room is inconvenience for 2 persons who may need to go different places. Window curtain could be thicker for the rooms which face the bright morning sun especially for those on holidays who like to sleep in

It would be nice if the housekeeping would replenish the toiletries even though there were remaining of rolls, tissue. The rolls were too thin.

Review 20：However, the 2nd day after our room was serviced, i noticed the housekeeping did not refill the shower gel/shampoo in our bathroom which was almost empty the day that we checked in anyways. So that was a downer.

Review 21：Went to Penang for my convocation so the location was perfect. Less than 1 km and without hassle we could reach USM barely 5 minutes. The hotel is new, there are plenty of parking lots and the ambience is great.

Review 23：- As we were attending an event at PISA, location of the hotel is just nice. - The fact that its a smoke free hotel makes the stay very comfortable as there are no smoke smells in the room or anywhere in the hotel.

Review 24：On the first day, the hotel had some problem with the plumbing so we had no hot water on day 1. But the hotel gave us a discount voucher to the bakery next door. The problem was fixed in the end.

Review 26：This hotel issues a receipt for a deposit they take when you check-in, they don't make a point to tell you - be sure and keep the paper safe - after travelling you won't be thinking of a receipt to keep safe, but when you check out they insist that you produce your ORIGINAL receipt to get your deposit back. This is the only hotel I have seen doing this which is a poor practice and rather annoying - they know they have your deposit so why question it by insisting you must give them the original receipt back........???

Review 28：For those who are not a dog person, might be scary though. Plus, currently northern regions are famous with dog rabies symptoms. Try to located your dog at the appropriate place. Pillowcase is a bit furry. Should not happened for newly operated hotel. But still ok for budgets hotel. Overall it is a good stay!

Review 36：Very bad sound proofing. The noise with echos coming from the corridor is so unbearable. We couldn't sleep until late night when there's no more guests coming in and out. We can hear every foot steps and every single words coming from people at the corridor. And not to mention the room doors' banging noise. It could be the interior structure that echos sound, or maybe because there's no carpet to absorb the noise.

Review 50：Cleanliness of the room was not sufficient. Very dusty room and floor. Although booking a deluxe room, we got a room next to the laundry/housekeeping room. Trash and dirty laundry directly in front of the door and quite load due to housekeeping located next to our room. We asked to change room. Couldn't due to occupation. The staff cleaned the dust, but the solving of the issue took quite long. The hotel and room itself is quite nice for a short stay. If service and staff training are enhanced in the future, we would be happy to come back.

Review 56：Room is a little too small, no specific place to keep my luggage, so I placed it in the middle of walkway. There's one full height mirror so if twin sharing it will be quite troublesome. The distance from lift to my room is far, I stayed at 222, I have informed them earlier that I do not want a room towards the end, but they give this room to me also. Which is quite disappointing. With festive Season Surchage of RM50, the hotel costs around RM280 a night.

Review 57：The hotel is very outstanding, you know you are near rightaway! opposite the hotel there's Chinese Coffee Shop, Hokkien Mee in the morning is nice. There's night market Saturday night, traffic will be heavy but good opportunity to shop for local food. Night time has chinese dessert shop opposite. McDonalds and Tesco Extra Hypermart is withinin walking distance. Hotel staff is nice, they talk to you if you strike a conversation first.

There was only one staff at the time we checked in and thus our check in procedures took longer than expected as the staff was caught up by inquiries both by phone and a potential customer. Though the rooms are designed contemporarily and looks good, they were a tat bit small. Not only that, both the room and bath room were not that clean, especially the floors.

Review 64：The contemporary design of the interior of the hotel makes it stand out from the other hotels that are in the market. The location proves to be strategic as well as there are many coffee shops and coincidentally a night market just across the road from the hotel on Sunday, which is the day we checked in.

Review 77：We placed a cash deposit for indemnities and upon check out, discovered that someone else had checked out on behalf of us and collected our deposit instead. We still had our room keys and deposit slip so we insisted on getting our money back as the signature was not ours. They did return us our deposit.

Review 85：Were one of the very first guests of the property and not all was finished (no wifi and no shuttle bus at that stage), but the rooms were well presented & clean. The biggest plus was the 2 team members at the front desk (Azzam and his female colleague) who took great personal care and effort to make the stay as perfect as it could be (i.e. providing personal shuttle service as early as 6.30am on their off day)! Location to airport is good but not right next to it. There was a great street market right next to the hotel on Saturday and a huge supermarket. Parking spaces were plentiful.

Ample parking spaces in the basement and outdoor. There is also a food court within walking distance for those who want a taste of the local food.

Review 90：Check In ...Initially given 3 rooms side by side on the same floor...but when we turned to the elevator,they decided to changed todifferent rooms with 2 on the same floor and the other one on differentfloor. My room was next to the Housekeeping Storeroom...they keptopening and closing the door and slamming the door like nobodybusiness...eventhough I lodged a complaint to the Reception there was noimprovement. After Check In,upon opening the door to my room...there wasa soiled towel left on the washing basin. And there was cigarette odourin the room after we return to the room (we went out the whole day)itwas on the 2nd day The Receptionist was very rude when somebody complainabout the carpark without lights (no security)..she snapped at thatperson. My room key card cannot open the door ...on the first nightstay..I Have to go from the room to the reception 4 times before it wasrectified.

Payment at counter took so long as they not accepting card. Couldn't sleep the all night as the aircond was hving issue. I booked almost 3 rooms and only one room the aircond was working fine. Other two rooms the aircond not cold n the 3rd room wit timer issue we had to wake up every hour to switch on the aircond. Overall it was a terrible experience. Staff service was bad as well.
