Review 1：There were two mix ups while I was staying there the first one was the maid came into my room by mistake and also the receptionist down stairs gave the key to my room to these people they came into my room while I was staying there and also it was very noisey at times
Review 2：I really liked the unit with kitchenette, the large balcony with view and the lap pool.As well as the wide screen TV. The location was very convenient with Woolworths up the road and restaurants near by

The staff were very helpful as we had a toddler throw a shoe over the balcony and they retrieved it for us before we checked out as we requested, nothing was a problem for them.
Review 8：I was kept awake all night with loud music being played from the apartment next door partying. I called after hours managers number with no success after numerous attempts they finally stopped at 4.30 am no sleep for me not happy particularly when you have to work the next day.

Review 10：Our room was not serviced therefore there was no coffee on our second night. The fan in our room did not work, only one of the bedside lamps had a globe. The shower door was extremely narrow and difficult to enter. The bottom sheets on the bed did not fit enough to be tucked in there for were uncomfortable to sleep on.The room was very basic and I feel over priced.
Review 11：There was no power in my room on arrival. Automatically, you would grab the phone and call for assistance. There was no phone in the room. I walked back to the reception desk and asked for help. I couldn't help feeling accused by the person who came to fix the problem by suggesting I had tripped the power. I was attending a wedding that same day and went to get the iron and ironing board. The ironing board was broken, so back down to the front desk again. When I enquired about phones in the room, I received an abrupt response saying that there has never been phones in these apartments. I shutter to think what would happen in a case of an emergency. I felt that with the power, the phone and ironing board, I could ask for access to the wifi. This clearly was asking a bit too much now, so the first fifteen minutes of my arrival was not the welcome I wanted. I attended a friends wedding directly opposite the apartments and had a great night. I was looking forward to a sleep in the next day, but sadly that didn't happen due to housekeeping cleaning in the adjacent rooms. (thin walls lol). So I checked out a whole day earlier from my check out date. Thank you Redvue. You guys are sitting on a gold mine and could be the best five star accomodation in Queensland. I do wish you the very best.

Review 27：I have photos of how dirty it was!! Putrid smelling drains, all they needed was to be cleaned out!! ALL tap ware filthy with watermarks and finger prints. Dirty light switches. Legs and underside of glass table child's dirty sticky hand marks. All stainless steel appliances marks and smudges. Sinks all dirty. Toilet flush button covered in fingerprints. I had to buy cleaning products to clean the place myself. Very very disappointed. Noisy upstairs.

Review 29：We booked 2 rooms and both were very good. We were upgraded on one of the rooms to a 3 bedroom. The location was good close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were very clean and we enjoyed our time there.
Review 30：When I booked for 2 people I realised after I paid there was only onequeen bed in the room so rang and asked if I could change as I required2 beds ( as there were 2 of us ) it was no problem they told me andchanged our room but unfortunately charged me extra $100 costing $230altogether for 2 people !!! Could have gone to far more luxuriousaccomodation for that price !! Certainly wasn't worth thatespecially as the unit hadn't been cleaned!!!

Review 32：Lack of privacy. Single pull down blind which covers entire window. If blind is up, many units can see in! Welcoming staff were not very pleasant however perhaps they were having a bad day.

Review 42：The apartment had an unlocked door which opened to an adjoining apartment. We could not lock the door, and our daughter inadvertedly walked into another persons apartment, while they were indisposed. The adjoining door did not seem to lock, as much as both apartments tried. Also the Kitchen had no towels, no washing cloths, only a few plates,no BBQ, very minimal kitchen. Flat screen TV looked like it was made in the 1980's could not accept HDMI input

Review 44：The problem was the facilities for self-catering and the lack of value for money. It was touted as a studio room which implied at least a small kitchen but the facilities consisted of a sink, a toaster and a kettle with some bits and pieces of crockery and cutlery. Also the "Welcome" letter consisted of a diatribe to keep the room clean yourself and what it would cost to clean it if you didn't.

Review 50：The size of shower was extremely small and the door opening only gave a person about 30cm to enter the shower. A person of any size would not be able to enter the shower. No hair dryer provided. No chair to sit on inside room.

Review 71：Got stuck in shower as shower door was stuck, and wouldn't open, toilet seat loose, bathroom basin partly blocked, and fridge was not switched on and it defrosted all over our stuff in the fridge. ( plug was in wardrobe next to sink and only discovered it was pulled out when we plugged in the kettle in the next morning)

Review 82：The kitchen only had 4 of everything - crockery and cutlery (only 2 teaspoons). Bad luck if you want to have guests for dinner! I also had to buy foil trays so I could put things in the oven to heat as there was only a glass baking dish available.

The ceiling fan was filthy. We got a connecting room where the door was locked to another room which was occupied to which we could hear everything said next door and baby crying all night.

Review 102：The room was not very clean,a lot of dust being evident on top of the wall mounted picture and on top of the bedside lampshades.There were no teaspoons available and there was no toilet paper.The noise coming through the connecting door was extreme and finally we removed two live cockroaches from our room over the two day stay. Disappointing to say the least.

Review 117：The unit was very comfortable for me and my grandchildren. It had every facility we required. Our stay was not long enough. This was my second stay here.
Review 118：The directions we recieved for parking were a little confusing in that we were advised to park in a lot with a yellow marker, but when in the basement we could only find white markers with unit no's until we got out of car and found the yellow markers on the concrete in front of car park.Also we found no soap or shampoo for our shower in the morning

Review 124：The night we stayed a rugby league team end of season trip had also booked in and were very noisy into the early hours of the mroning, making it impossible to sleep. Management's suggestion was we should have called triple 0. Check before booking in and around September.
Review 125：The location was nice and the views from the apartment rooms were great. The apartment was well appointed but had some minor damage to it (2 outdoor chairs were broken.)
Review 126：The apartment was filthy. I couldn't eat at the table as there was so much dirt and muck in the grooves. The floor was so dirty, we had to clean it as soon as we got there. All the windows and doors were also dirty. The toilet seat was broken and with 2 & 4 year old girls that was dangerous. I did not report any of this as I did not find the caretaker approachable.
Review 127：The location was fantastic, perfect for parks and the lagoon as well as wandering along the restaurant strip. The building itself is beautiful. It has a lap pool and gym (we unfortunately didn't get time to use these).

Review 130：The walls are paper thin with the noise of a Saturday night guests very sleep disrupting. Luxury is a not a statement for my apartment with broken toilet seat, remote not working and spartan fittings. Bed springs were noticeable in the mattress. I do not expect much for the value of the room ($135) but expect it comparable to an average motel. The only good point was the proximity to the foreshore in Redcliffe.

Review 137：The veiw of the ocean was great from the apartment. I like the modern decore of the apartment. Enjoyed the pool and the gym. Parking had easy access.
