Review 1：Pool maintenance & pest control in the room must be improved. Lemon Glass villa is not recommended for old young family members.

Review 4：The experience was amazing, unforgettable :)!!! The staff took care of us in really a good way and they gave me many advice about how to reach Penang. When we arrived by bus to Penang, Sim, a guy working in the resort, went to pick my friends and me up at the bus station located quite close to the resort. Since the beginning Sim explained us many aspects about Penang and it helped us to experience our trip in the best way possible. He was super nice with us because he helped us with many aspects of our stay and he was always available to share with us his knowledge about the island. He was so nice to bring us at a street food market to let us try the local food, advising us the best places to go. Thanks to Sim my friends and I were able to turn a simple one day stay in Penang in an extraordinary experience with a local person, who was very kind and prepared. Talking about the resort, I can only say that it is amazing, a place where everyone should go for his/her stay in Penang. The entire resort is amazing and it is located in the middle of the jungle in order to experience one the off from the city. I strongly advice this resort for your stay in Penang. To conclude, I want to thank Sim for all the support given to us during the trip. Thanks to him we will remember forever the time spent in Penang and in the resort :)
Review 5：didn't realise that we had to bring food from town for lunches and dinners, would have brought food up with us if I had. Breakfast was dreadful, a 'club sandwich' made with white bread with layers of cheese, omelette etc, and a bowl of beans! But lots of gorgeous peeled and beautifulloy presented tropical fruit supplied regularly made up for it! and manager did take my daughters to the mall to buy supplies for lunch/dinner. Fantastic location made up for it though!

Review 9：The Resort is undeniably beautiful. There is so much attention to detail in every aspect. But the unexpected stand out was the level of customer service we received from the staff.

Review 12：The staff are really helpful, the place is decorated by the owner. He has a very artistic and unique taste. There are only 6 or 7 villas on the property and each one is decorated differently. It is best place if you are a group of people who want to have a good time. It is a very friendly place for kids. Maybe not for a romantic get away but its a GREAT place to have fun and enjoy the beautiful nature of Penang. Oh and one more thing, people have complained about the breakfast!!! it might not have the best breakfast but you have to remember why you go to this place. It has so much more to offer but the breakfast is just very basic and simple. You are suppose to bring your food (as i said it is for a group of people). Have fun staying here.
Review 13：The location is not quite suitable for those tourists without a car. However, as we already spent 3days in Georgetown,2 days in langkawi, it is a perfect place for us to have a good relax before going home.
Review 14：It is a sweet bali style resort up on the hill, with only 7 villas in total. The staff are so considerate and sweet.No wifi or landline there, just us and the nature. Free pickup and drop-off service are offered and the breakfast is served inside each villa. The design and decoration of the villa is full of surprising details.Btw, my mum loves the inroom karaoke device a lot,lol.
Review 15：Very scary roadway upwards to the resort. It's because of its uphill location, the road was not well build, and so it tends to be very bumpy during the way. Also the roadway is very small, so don't drive luxury cars towards this resort or you gonna have heartache for your car's suspension. No network service either.
Review 16：The resort is very nice and quiet, pulling you closer to the mother nature. 5 stars for the interior design which consists of mother nature materials. Karaoke is available for those who loves to sing.

It was a fussy argument at first but soon they really enjoy playing with nature, escaping games and TV cable for a while. Awesome hospitality (love the breakfast!!) . Spacious villa and what I love best was the architecture and antique value. Thumbs up!
