Review 1：I suguest that the selection of food at breakfast, could be improve.

Review 3：Couldn't facilitate a booking for dinner which was unexpected. Had to eat across the road in the Chinese restaurant which incidentally was excellent.

Review 5：Only one criticism, every time you entered the bathroom the lights came on automatically. Not what you want in the middle of the night! We found it disturbed us both.
Review 6：Staff on reception very helpful. Private parking was secure and free. A complimentary basket of mixed fruit was delivered to our room along with a bottle of mineral water which was most welcome after a long journey. Very convenient location within a short walk to the basilica. Breakfast was simple but adequate with a good selection of fresh fruits.

Review 16：Location. The hotel is extremely close to the sanctuary. It has parking lot. Breakfast cost included in daily rate. Room is big enough for 3 single beds and hotel made available a bowl with delicious fruits and water. Very lovely.

Review 63：I forget somthing in my hotel room. To pick it up I went back to the room. Unfortunately the room was open. All the room cleaning & dressing staff were cleaning another room. With out their knowledge, I went inside my room collected my item and came out ! . Looks strange but true. Please do not initate any action against the staff. This is not acomplaint. In future they must be more careful during cleaning any room.

Review 65：A perfect location in a quiet street about five minutes walk from theSanctuary area and Basilica - this being the main purpose of my stay andmost people who go to Fatima. It was also excellent for a solo travellerlike myself, a 65 year old widow who wanted peace and privacy. Largegroups seemed to have their own restaurant, and a separate one - just asgood - was reserved for solos, couples, or small families so that onedid not feel conspicuous sitting on the edge of a big noisy gathering.Rather a nice touch. The staff were unobtrusive, courteous and helpful.The room was very comfortable with every modern amenity, including toprated bathroom. Language not a problem ( my Portuguese being phrase booklevel!) aas most staff had some English and other languages.

Thestaff go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and relaxed aspossible and the service we get not only from the front desk, but fromthe breakfast / dining room and other guest areas is second to none.
