Review 1：Breakfast is the basic for a 4 stars, some more variety will make it better. Parking a car can be cumbersome specially during the weekend when the parking is full.

Review 8：The location and the professionalism of the staff. We were greeted very warmly when we arrived after a long journey and the dining room staff were very efficient.

Review 9：The restaurant was a bit of a disappointment. The staff fell short, arguing in public, not refilling glasses from 'our' bottle and preventing us to help ourselves to it. The food was good but not quite at the level they were aiming for given pricing and presentation. Some dishes were just plain bad.

Review 10：To few plugs in the room, not possible to have a lamp and charge your phone in the room by the nightstand.

Review 11：Hotel was great. They have big parking free from a shopping center with access to the hotel. I got a deal of an incredible price for my stay. The room was comfortable and the bathroom clean and nice. My only complaint is that there are a lack of plugs in the room, specially next to the nightstand so I couldn't charge the cellphone without disconnecting the lamp. Breakfast was great with a variety of products.

Review 21：Room too dark. One window and oppressive heavy curtain covering wall. Pulled back to reveal white wall underneath. Asked for a room with more light but told they were all the same. Disappointing Door stop in bathroom could have been sited better i.e. towards door hinge rather than in the middle of floor - stubbed toe in the middle of the night!

Review 22：Staff went out of their way - you have to obtain a ticket from reception to leave the underground shopping centre car park. They gave us an invalid ticket but realised their mistake and a member of staff came down to the car park to find us and give us the correct ticket! Great service. Friendly ladies serving at breakfast - going that extra mile and making coffee for us. Great powerful shower and lovely clean modern bathroom.

Review 24：The room was wonderful, pretty and clean, very comfortable bed, bathroom neat. Asked for soy milk for our coffee at breakfast and it was available, special star for this!! Good variety at breakfast, hot dishes as well as cold cuts.

Review 25：The only negative was we only stayed one night, checkout was 12:00, but twice that morning the cleaners knocked on our door, asking to clean the room.

Review 26：WIFI is too slow not to my expectation from a Hotel like Yours should be OK. Breakfast serves from 07.30 too late should be from at least 0700 as not only pleasure even some job to be done and 0730 is far to late.

Review 35：We arrived on 30th December for a 2 night visit. On arrival we were asked if we had booked a table for dinner on 31st. We hadn't and said that we would like to, but we were then informed that the restaurant was fully booked. We discovered that there were no other restaurants open in the area & we therefore had to eat bread & cheese in our room that we had managed to buy at the local supermarket - just in time. We were also told on the evening of 31st that we could not buy a drink at the bar as only those people dining were allowed to !! Not very hospitable for a 4 star hotel and a very disappointing start to 2015.

Review 36：Arrived an hour early, but weren't allowed to check in. AC was not working, so room was quite warm when we finally got in. It should have been checked prior to us going up to the room. Not a whole lot of choice for room service menu. Walls are very thin, so you can even hear people walking/talking in the hallways and showering etc. There is no appropriate lighting for a woman to apply makeup. Rooms and hallways are pretty dark.

Review 37：Breakfast was good. Also the last day, we left early in the morning missing the buffet breakfast, so the staff prepared take away boxes for us. Location is great since it is in town, next to a park and a small mall. Walking distance to a lot of nearby interests, shopping, cafes and restaurants. The staff were nice. Free basement parking. Comfy beds.

We could stay one hour longer in the room 1pm instead of 12pm after asking the reception with no problem. it is in the city center and has a good parking garage associated with the shopping center next door.
