Review 1：I guess the only thing we didn't like that much was the fact that there was no ramp in the entrance of the hotel for the luggage and, in our case, for the baby stroller. Also, there was a scale in the bathroom... maybe there should be a waste basket instead.

Review 2：The hotel location, it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. There was a Portuguese lady managing the breakfast room and she was really nice. Sometimes, wasting 5 minutes of your morning to ask someone if they're enjoying their trip can really make a difference. The gentleman in reception was also very helpful.

Review 3：Great location literally in the middle of town and close walking distance to all the tourist attractions, station, old town etc. Very clean, helpful staff and an excellent breakfast included. Can't fault this accommodation.

Review 6：This is such a central hotel. Walk out the door and you can walk to everything a tourist would want to see in Luxembourg. Room was very clean, excellent shower. Breakfast is provided and is excellent, with eggs, breads, meats, cheeses, pastries and more. Would heartily recommend this hotel to any traveller

Review 7：Very warm and efficient welcome when I arrived at 10pm. The breakfast was delicious - a large choice of fresh bread, meat, cheese, fruit and pastries.

Review 8：Wednesday morning early there was some noise outside. I thought it was building work but found out that it was from the local market, where they prepared the market (and therefore more acceptable !).

Review 9：Located in the old part of the city. Seems to be a new hotel - everything is clean and well functioning. Excellent breakfast with good bread, boiled egg (unasked, they offered even to make scrambled eggs) and fresh fruit.

Review 10：Front staffs do not always in the desk and ordered taxi incorrectly. The price of taxi which this hotel calls is expensive (Super Mercedes)

Review 19：Nice modern art on the walls! Very good breakfast with lots of fruit and healthy bread and they had a childrens chair. Wooden floor in the room (no carpet) - and that is nice when you have a kid running/crawling around on the floor.

Review 22：Just in the middle of all what Luxembourg city has to offer. It takes 20 minutes by bus to Hamillius bus stop from the airport and then about 5 minutes to walk to the hotel.

Review 28：The hotel suffers a lot from outside noise. Trucks, rubbish collection, etc. There was a rock concert in the city centre and the rooms on the east side of the hotel became unusable from the din. The Luxembourg Government thinks this will encourage tourism. News: it doesn't.

Review 32：The rooms 2002, 302, 402 etc are small, there are bigger rooms available but possibly at a higher price. Worth checking. Breakfast was rather limited, nothing hot.

Review 52：the breakfast is rather poor for a 4* hotel, for example pay extra 3.50 euro for fresh orange juice? Limited selection of bread, mini croissants and chocolat. We were 2 guests in the breakfast area and about 6 people in the small kitchen area making a lot of noise ... yet no time to ask if everything ok or extra coffee. Hotel accomodation, room, location ... all superb.

Review 53：Noise! So.much.NOISE! The windows are poor against blocking out sound, and it seemed there were quite a few people who partied until 5am, loudly conversing (and crying) in the streets below. While not a fault of the hotel, even some guests seemed to have been raised in the wild as they returned to the hotel after 4am and were ridiculously loud in the hallway! Besides the noise, the bed was like a rock. I would expect a far better mattress in a 4* hotel. I had also asked for extra pillows in our reservation, and these were not provided. And the one each provided were pathetically stuffed (or should I say not stuffed).

We were traveling with an infant and the hotel staff accommodated us with a larger hotel room so that we could set up her pack and play. The breakfast in the morning was much more than I expected and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Review 73：Inappropriate service for a long stay: drycleaning bags were absent and were not provided upon request, entrance doors are closed after midnight and couldn't be open with the roomkey (despite the slot is in place), you need to wake up the receptionist. Mistakes in final bill (services were double-counted). Amount for the room was reserved in advance and not released upon payment (can cause you a liquidity gap). Impolite and incompetent explanations by the chief manager regarding the freezed amount, while junior manager was keen and tried to find a solution.

Review 81：Perfect place to discover the city on foot. Upon arrival, we were given a room on the 2nd floor, street side. At first we were afraid of the street noise, but fortunately this was unfounded: barely any noise from outside. Very easy if you are by car: public garage next to the hotel. Book a parking space at the hotel: with the hotel card you have a better price than directly at the ticket kiosks.
