Review 1：Mick and Fay were extremely good hosts friendly and helpful. They make everyone feel welcome almost like family. Our room had been refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. The motel is an oldy but as goodie.

Review 6：Horsham's water is drinkable but it smells and tastes like the river. This is not the motels fault and they do, at a cost, provide bottled water.

Review 9：Owners were very helpful. Remembered us from a previous visit. Spent a lot of time assisting my ASD child with all if his questions. Our room had a plastic handrail which broke when lent on. I informed the management who let me know they were in the process of replacing them all and it would be looked into on our check out clean of the room. It was very very hot the day we stayed. We had to visit a town further away and we're able to leave the air con running till we returned. So grateful for that as temperatures rose to over 45 where we visited. Also there were Fireman on standby. This motel set aside rooms for the fire crew should they need them. What a great service in such a dry and fire prone district. Good on you.

Review 13：As soon as we arrived we were greeted with great customer service. Staff are very friendly and courteous and so close to everything. Loved the pool. Its off the highway plenty of parking for trailers, horsefloats etc. Could actually make it into motel/ caravan park if they wanted too (hint hint) they have so much room. Left feelin relaxed.

Review 15：Toilet door didn't shut. Shower was in bath. Aircon/heater was old noisy. Wifi free was only for 2 hours and only on one appliance. Cost $110 pn very over priced. Yuck
