Review 1：The main section of the parking lot was closed on the second day to ptepare for lawn mowng, contributing to a little incnvenience.

Review 3：1. Need iron + hairdryer in the room. 2. Need more sajadah for Muslim prayers.

Review 21：The food especially buffet for bteakfast (nasi lemak) and ala-carte like mee goreng, tom yam soup, nasi goreng istimewa need to be improve especially the freshness and quality of raw material used. The taste must also be improved especially after product cooked such as fried chicken wing with pinkish near joint and bones make me scared to continue eating as it might cause food poisoning to customer under non-compromised group e.g. elderies, children, pregnant lady.
Review 22：The size of the room is awsome and plenty of space especially for my 3 years old hyperactive child. The facilities inside also excellant with Al-Quran, Prayer Mat, mini fridge, etc. The strategic location just after Jambatan ke 2 Penang is so easy to find, peaceful on top of the hill and have a few ATM machine that very helpful to me.

Review 29：- Not easy to access by public transportation. - My room smells cigarette from a neighbouring room all night, and I am allergic to cigarette, so it resulted me coughing all night long. - The hotel telephone was not in good condition, I tried to call when I got lost, someone did answer but I can not hear at all. receptionists thought it was an error with my cell phone speaker but it worked perfectly a minute before :P - No carpet in the bathroom, it got wet everywhere. - Chair and couch are very dirty and nearly broken, did not dare dropping my weight on it! - water flows very weakly and not warm you have to choose either cold or boiling
