Review 1：The front desk associate didn't let us know the times for breakfast (and I also had to ask her about the check-out time), so when we went downstairs for breakfast we had a very awkward interaction with the hotel manager, who was trying to clean up. There was obviously some tension when we told him we were not told about the breakfast cut-off time. He let us eat, but it was awkward nonetheless.

Review 6：Great fancy-looking hotel, awesome breakfast, spacious and brand new rooms. Staff will do whatever is needed for the guest... and more. I had my 6-mo baby with me and was clearly taken special care of because of having a baby. Extremely considerate staff and professionals like in a big chain. I gave it a 10 for it really is a 10. Hotel is 3 stars, but could easily become 4 stars anytime.

Review 7：The hair dryer was really small and full of dust. The WiFi was very slow, it had a poor signal strength in my room and it was not password protected.

Review 9：although we requested and were allocated a quiet room facing away from the square, when we got the keys from reception someone else was still occupying it,. We ended up in a room overlooking the square which was a wee bit noisy till after midnight.

Review 13：The hotel is in a great location, on a pretty square in the center of Delft and close to the main train station and to lots of restaurants and sights. Breakfast was wonderful, and rooms were comfortable and quiet. I took advantage of their nice bike rental for one day and enjoyed touring around.

Review 16：It is not possible to park directly close to the hotel. they suggested to use a parking that is 8/10min walking distance. The solution was for us anyway not bad. Since the hotel is directly in the center, once parked, you don't need the car anymore.

Review 22：Canvases on the walls of rembrandt paintings in the hallways. Friendly helpful staff who really went out of their way to help Name card on the table at breakfast. A simple personal touch that made us feel special.

Review 112：We had a problem with mosquitos in our room. The first night when we arrived there were plenty of mosquitos. Although we killed around 25 of them (they were very visible as full of blood!), we could not sleep as they kept coming. Also the room was terribly hot although the heating was off and outside temperature was not so warm. Another thing was that blanckets were too heavy for the season. As apparently mosquitos may be a problem in Delft, the hotel should spray mosquito repellents regularly and check that rooms are mosquito-free.
