Review 1：Rooms could not be clean properly because of lack of the appropriate cleaning supplies, mops were been used with dirty water from other guest rooms. Towels and wash cloth were limited to be used, Pool needed to be cleaned. Housekeepers need the right tools to effectively do their jobs. Gloves are not provided for them to used in any circumstances. Workers had to used bare hands to get dirty water out of the mops to clean the floors. housekeepers are overworked and underpaid, ridiculous hours. Management needs to pay more attention to what's going on at the facility. Only amenity was a kettle. I definitely will not recommend anyone to stay there unless there are changes. Kudo's to the housekeepers who try their best to make guest happy , inspite of the conditions they were working under.

Review 5：LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. Beach costs $6 every time you go. No gift shop! Pool is not kept up. Ants will come all over your room, if you have the smallest amount of food in your room. We basically came to the room to sleep. We paid taxi to take us to Negril, where we enjoyed our time much better. The staff were professional but not outstanding.

There was good service and staff cared about your needs. The rooms were simple, but very clean. I was there for seven nights and met some great people.

Review 72：Had to constantly be asking for another wash cloth as only 1 was being placed in the room. The room was so bare, we did not receive any directory or local listing of restaurants nearby. Overall my stay was terrible. This should be called a guest house as oppose to a hotel.

We waited about ten minutes while the room was double checked and given complementary drinks. The room was on the second floor in the front, clean, bed comfortable. The air conditioning was fantastic. Eating in the restaurant, food was very good. All in all, we would definitely stay here again and as well recommend it. It was like being with family.

The pictures displayed on the internet I was excited until I got there and saw the real Grandiosa. The location was far from the beach not within a comfortable walk. No Theme Park no where. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price I paid I could have stayed at a more convenient cleaner hotel.

Review 84：I only liked the size of the room.. It was spacious.

Review 85：No elevator, and I have a disability. Room wasn't fully ready uponchecking in. Housekeeping didn't do a good job. One day no towels,one day they turned off air, one day they altered air temp. Restaurantservice was extremely slow. They kept saying I had to understand thatthe food is cooked to order, well so is the food at all restaurants andthey don't take 45 minutes to fry some fish. They tried to chargedme 4 different amounts for a soda on 4 different occasions. The shuttledrivers will also try to charge you a different amount when it'ssupposed to be one price, one driver even charged a couple for a shuttlefrom the airport, and that's free.

Review 100：When I arrived, even though I had the paperwork that the 3rd person stayed free IF we were using the existing beds - they charged me an addl 17.00US - plus then for some reason their system Declined my Discover card for payment - I had used it previously in Jamaica - and when I got back to the states - Discover could not recognize that it ever showed as Declined. Not friendly - her name was Grace.

Review 102：The location was bad, specially since we were two girls travelling and it can be quite dangerous to walk around in the nights. It was quite a walk to the hip strip so you had to take a taxi everytime, taxis are expensive and the hotel drivers took 15 USD for a ride to the hipstrip. Thats 30 USD just for going to dinner and have a few drinks. (We didn't dare to grab just any cab since the hotelstaff advised us not too, but talking to some guys they said that you could grab a taxi for 10 USD one way)

Review 103：Its's a very cheap hotel, so if you're on a budget it's good. Very close to the airport and has good free shuffle from the airport. Also free shuffle to the beach every day. Jamaica is very beautiful and the hotel could arrange tours to Dunns riversfalls, green grotto caves, Negril etc..

Review 104：If you haven't got a car, it is quite a long way from town and youy are forced to use the hotel's arranged transport/taxis, which are $15 US a pop no matter where you want to go. There is no public transport to speak of. If you can find your own 'tame' taxi, you will be able to arrange pick ups and drop offs at much cheaper rates than this.

Review 105：The pool was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists. Our aircon refused to work, so they moved us to a more expensive room at no extra charge without our even having to ask. The food in the restaurant was lovely. It was very reasonably priced. They were very obliging when it came to helping us book tours and trips, and we didn't feel ripped off at all.
