Review 1：Facilities are not as posted on the web site, it's really boring for people expecting some sort of entertainment and the breakfast is just the same for the two days we were there.

Review 3：No WiFi in rooms, poor English from staff, very poor location away from any bars or restaurants, no choice with breakfast and staff didn't know how to use credit card machine.

Review 5：Hotel somewhat old, crackles here and there and as many other has commented pool water not crisp. No problem to use though. One of the older ladies at checkin should change jobs.
Review 6：Actually good value, and most staff helpful and supportive. Had some issue over breakfast included or not for our family, caused by one woman at the checkin desk. All others very nice and want sri Lankan experience to be great. Our problem was solved in the end. Had family room on top floor, spacious and clean. Breakfast good.
Review 7：There wasn't much activity around the area, no shops and restaurants. You have to go to the town by tuctuc because of the distance.

Review 13：We arrive at mignighte and no one showed up after 30 minutes. Very bad experience. We booked at booking for 59USD but the staff try to ask for 80+ with their desk price. Too bad.
Review 14：Food is over-priced ( similar to a 4 5stars hotel ! and it s at maximuma budget-class one) and windows can t close, be ready to sleep with anarmy of mosquito. Even for a budget hotel it is not acceptable. The factthat they are dishonest is the utmost.

Review 16：The hotel was very far from the centre.It was not shopping venues,restaurants, does not organize any trips.Rooms without comfort, evenhot water for a shower in the evening only up to a certainhour.Breakfast with insects and little cleaning.It takes approximately3 hours from the airport in doing 70 km. Spa is shameful (I tried amassage with bad oil odor).
