Review 1：The hot water took over 5 minutes to reach the 5th floor where i was staying. This can be remedied by forwarning patrons about this issue. Second, dark wall to wall carpeting in a bedroom is not attractive for an upscsle 4 star hotel! Third and finally, the night desk receptionist was stiff and unhelpful!

Review 2：I liked the warm reception i received upon arrival. The staff was very hepful. The location and the grounds around it are fantastic!

Review 4：the stuff were very friendly and welcoming, the location is good if u want that part of the city because u cant move easily because of the ugly traffic. the breakfast was good and delicious

Review 5：The service at the hotel was excellent. All the staff members were very courteous. The suite was very roomy and had an excellent view of the pool. The entire grounds were clean and proper. The hotel is well located and has access to many boutiques and shops.

Review 6：The mattresses are a bit saggy and should be replaced but they were still comfortable. The sockets near the bedside need to be replaced as your computer or phone plug just falls out. They did replace one in my room as well as the shower head for the little douchette attached to the toilet. Rooms are better in the new building. The breakfast buffet was not that great and if you come down later on things have run out and they are slow to replace them. It would be nice to have a better choice of tea than just Lipton. There is a tiny beach but since it's in the marina the water isn't very clean and there's not much room to swim so it's better to walk down to the beach by Table Fine.

Review 7：One of the best things about my stay was being well looked after by Shadi. The hotel is well-located just down the road from a great French restaurant called Table Fine. I loved the 25 metre fresh water swimming pool. One of my friends, a non-swimmer, took swimming lessons with the excellent swimming coach Charbel.

Review 25：The Bel Azur is located in a prime location in Jounieh. Easy access either on foot or taxi to many nearby attractions. The staff was extremely helpful. Dareen who was the front desk agent provided us with excellent service even to the point of giving us a free upgrade. Would definitely stay at the Bel Azur again (was my second visit).

Review 26：The great location is in a historical area of Downtown Jounieh close to everything.. shopping, nigthlife and sightseeing, All staff are nice and helpful. I enjoyed the sea and mountain view from my room and specially after a busy day you can relax at the pool overlooking the sea with it's private beach. The hospitality is great specially at the reception, I left for two days and did another booking and they gave the same room that I have requested. In short you book in a 4 star hotel but you get a 5 star treatment.

Review 88：-I asked for a king size bed room,they gave me a room with two joined beds. -the bed was full of hair. -No amenties at all in the room,just 2 shampoo and one soap and that it for a room costs 100$. -I parked arround 15 mins in front of the hotel and no valet parking asked to park my car. So I parked in a very far place. -when I entered to the hotel I found 4 staff were setting on the stairs even they did not ask me for a help they were talking and laughing with each others. -No one carried my bags when I entred to the lobby. But after check in someone carried my bags. -the room has a bad smell. -the room was very old. -there was a blond girl at reception was very rude. -I asked in the early morning for a late check out the receptionist told me it s confirmed,but at noon a girl called me saying i have to do check out right now.I told her but your colleague gave me late check out.she told me no one told me and there no chance for late check out...i could not understant the staff at this hotel why they dont talk wiz each others. -the food was the worst food ever.I oreded for a fatush plate as salad which was uneatable it tasts old and not fresh....and dont forget the breakfast with cold tea cups......

Review 90：1) Late night check-ins may be issue. 2) I don't want to keep my passport anywhere 3) The guy wants my passport until I pay - I even said "Habibi keep cash or credit card - as if I am running away for 200 dollars !! 4) Except the old guy @ the reception - rest all if good. The guy blood is better on reception. 5) I urge booking.com to explain them that passport is legal document and no money can compensate if there is a loss esp. if its a warzone.
